Versatile DC UPS
This ups has a built in power supply unlike other brands which depends on router charger for charging and powering the router. The dedicated power supplywill improve battery life and also fully charge the batteries. It has 9v and 12v support just by toggling a switch. It also has POE which is useful for powering cctv camera. On the first use the battery was charged to 100% and the backup time was only around 4 hours. However after another recharge cycle, the battery backup improved considerably to 5 hours. Don't expect 8 hours of backup.Pros - Built-in charger, 9v and 12v support, poe, battery level indicator, usb charging port for 5v devices like mobile phone.Cons - The green battery level indicator is too bright. I would suggest the minidc 2 version if that bothers you. I have both.

"Reliable Backup Power with Great Features, But Short Connector Cable"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)Product Name: Artis AR-MINIDC-3 Mini UPS for WiFi Router/Modem/Set Top Box DevicesBattery Capacity: 8800mAhFeatures: Supports 9V/12V - 1A/1.5A/2A routers, USB port for phone charging, battery level indicator, BIS certifiedWarranty: 1-year standard warranty + 2 years extended warrantyMy Experience:I recently purchased this Mini UPS and overall, it’s been working very well. It keeps my WiFi router running smoothly during power cuts, and the battery backup is impressive. Installation was hassle-free, and the battery level indicator is a useful addition. What I didn't like:The wire that connects the UPS to the router is quite short. It would have been much better if it was at least 1 meter long. Due to the short length, there’s limited flexibility in positioning the device. Conclusion:In terms of battery performance, features, and build quality, this product offers great value for money. If the connecting wire was longer, it would’ve easily been a 5-star product.

Design to Service - Experience with product team
The product was delivered damanged. Outshell was clean but internally the transformer was not it's place. When we plugged this in that transformer would heat and ended up melting down the hard plastic outshell slowly over a span of 1.5 months. When we really needed it at somepoint later , we realised it's not giving power backup, requested repair team but they took 500 inr but provided no resolution ( saud product is damanged). Reached out to Amazon where they said product team will take care of this. Very bad experience mor importantly very bad product design and service.

Solid Budget UPS for Basic Needs – Artis 600VA
recently bought the Artis 600VA UPS for my home setup, mainly to protect my PC during power cuts, and so far, it's doing exactly what I need it to.The build quality is decent — compact and clean design, nothing flashy, but feels sturdy enough. It has 3 output sockets, and it powers my PC and 2 monitorsIn terms of backup time, I get around 10-15 minutes, which is just enough to save work and shut down properly. The audible beeps are helpful, and the switching time is pretty quick — no sudden crashes so far. It comes with overload protection and basic indicators for battery status.Overall, for the price, it’s a great budget UPS — not for gaming rigs or high loads, but perfect for small office/home setups. If you need basic protection and peace of mind, this one gets the job done.

A trust worthy product at low price
I got the product in my hand with in 2 days after the purchase. I got the product for rs.2250. I have added the product in the cart for more than 1 month.at that time the price was 2350. I was frequently checked the price, one day I found that the product price is 2299 and also a 50rs coupon is also there. So I immediately purchased the product. About the product it is a nice product and operation is easy. One touch on and off is the best part and it make beep sound when we on the device. The device should charge for min 4 hrs before first use (mentioned on manual) Now it is only one 1 week after the purchase. So I will update more about the backup and all about the product after few days. I have registered the warranty also on artis site and 1 got 2 year warranty and to my surprise they have provided me extra 4 months warranty at free of cost. 👍

Worked for few months, but then it took my wireless router with when it died
I had purchased the Artis Mini DC UPS back in October 2022, it worked beautifully and powered by ONT and Wireless router for many many hours during power outages. I don't think I have had a power outage long enough to exhaust the UPS's battery. However in April 2023, while I was away, suddenly I lost remote connectivity to my home network. I initially just attributed it to the ISP being down, but it remained down until I reached back home a month later. When I was back home, I could see the device in a restart loop, powers on the connected device for a split second, then turns off, and this cycle keeps repeating. So I can only assume that this process was going on for a month while I was away.My ONT device started working when I connected to an alternate power source, but my main router (7-8k worth device), was not working. I managed to recover it by doing a hard reset, and then restoring all the configuration, however it goes into the bad state every 2-3 days, so basically no longer reliable.I completely understand devices failing, but it should fail without taking down all connected devices with it. Perhaps, if I was at home, I'd have noticed this sooner and disconnected my devices, but to my bad luck I was away when it happened.Artis' warranty process seemed decent, but its a carry in service and there is only one service centre in Bangalore. I called them up and they said its an immediate replacement, but I haven't had the time to go there. I asked if I can courier the defective unit and they can send it back, but I have to bear the shipping expenses both ways. Otherwise have to opt for home replacement which is a paid service for Rs 350 or so.I might just courier it and pay them to courier the replacement back, better than travelling two hours up and down to get a replacement and cheaper than home service.
