The item was needed as a replacement for the phone's original battery. We will not really know how good it is until it has been in use. The original lasted less than a year, but we do not know how old it was. It is a vital emergency phone for my mother.

It holds its charge well.
The battery arrived very quickly I put it in the phone it did need a charge up and has been ok ever since it last at least two days on a charge. Very pleased with it. LB. Customer.

returned battery to Amazon, intercepted and destroyed by Royal Mail. 'Prohibited Goods'
The battery was too small, I returned it some weeks ago. Today I received a letter from Royal Mail saying that they had opened the parcel which contained prohibited or dangerous goods and they have disposed of it accordingly!!I have spent a considerable amount of time attempting to contact Amazon all to no avail. I hope that this review prompts someone to get in touch with me.I
