Works great
I bought this to replace on my PS5 controller, seems to work great so far! Get yourself one of this tip cleaners in the photo to help clear the thru holes on the board if you are an ameture like me.

Night and day (or N64 and Gamecube) difference
Quite literally a game changer.Easy to replace, just take out a few screws and you're halfway there. Comfortable to use, feels just like standard Gamecube joysticks which are a drastic upgrade to N64. If you plan on playing with the controller for more than a few minutes you'll thank yourself for this upgrade.

Work great
These work great, ordered so I can replace the left stick on my 2 ps5 controllers. The replacement process is a lot of work, but the end result is great.

NECESSARY Upgrade
After taking a lengthy break from my N64, I became more accustomed to the smooth analog sticks on my switch pro controller. While this doesn't feel quite as good as that $70 controller, this replacement stick is buttery smooth compared to the original N64 stick. I have four original controllers and will be needing to upgrade every one to match the feel of the single unit I've replaced so far. I could see this being handy for anybody repairing and reselling original N64 controllers as well. It really elevates the performance.

Great product for toggle drift.
My son kept getting toggle drift every time he would play using a ps5 controller on his computer. We ordered these over expensive alternatives and with a few solders works like a charm no more drift and toggles seem more responsive as well.

No more stick drift
Desoldering was a pain but soldering the new one in its place was easy. I only changed out one thumb stick so I can barely feel the difference between factory and the replacement. It's negligible so I'm not stressed about it. One thing to note is DON'T FORGET TO RECALIBRATE. I got worried when I connected it to my computer and the new one was a few degrees off center but there's a few sites out there that let you recalibrate and it's good to go

Poor quality
These modules are terrible. 20-25% circularity error. After physically adjusting them and using the 3rd party calibrating GUI, 12-15% error. Running and aiming is very rough and a terrible experience. Spent a couple days trying to get these to work. Checked solder points and everything.

Picture is taken on cod prior to calibration.
I would suggest a different brand. I was able to get them installed and calibrated well with limited stationary drift ".02-.04" on the calibration software. Which is low enough so games dont record the movement. However playing Skyrim i did some testing between the repaired controller and a brand new one. The vertical on the right stick is very slow compared to the new controller. I tried recalibrating the range and other troubleshooting methods. Nothing has made it more responsive. With as tedious as it is to replace them i would just try another brand before using the failed ones again. Even if it is a manufacturer flaw. Its not worth the time and effort. I have another controller to fix, will review other brand when finished. 3 stars bc they do work and do not drift.
