AGT WRS-11 Tile Repair Kit for Tiles, Glazed Tiles and Stoneware

When I received this item ther were no English instruction so I decided to return because I dhdnt know how to use. While waiting for return status to be updated I contact the seller to ask for instructions in english. Then sent them through almost immediately. Very pleased with the results.Thank you.

After buying this kit, I thought about sending it back for 3 issues. 1 was the colours available didn't quite match my needs. 2 the instructions were in French & German, no English 3 the instructions refer to the coloured blocks as wax. All 3 issues proved wrong. (1) Mixing the colours around gave the ones I needed. (2) I used a translate app (3) they are not wax, but more like a coloured grout that sets hard. The main problem I had was the heater unit. It is a two actions needed button. I ended up taping the sliding button to the ON position, but holding the integral yellow button down continuously to produce heat, was very painful after a while. Having said that, the finish looks great. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have to say that I am really pleased with the end result. I was sceptical having read other reviews, but for me it was just what was needed. Colours were a good match although it took a few attempts to get a perfect match. It takes time too so not a job to rush. The tool heats well but top advise would be to purchase better brand batteries. Ones supplied are cheap and don't last. Takes a lot of power to heat the tool so be prepared with some good AA batteries before hand to get the best out of this. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product and it's done a great job of vanishing a very obvious hole.

Clever wax materials. I can't do it as well as the video (do look at that, as it provides a clear demonstration and the instruction leaflet is not in English) but I may get better. Even so, this is handy gear for minor cosmetic repairs. It's certainly improved chips in a tiled floor.The heat gun is useless. A small soldering iron was much more effective.

Took ages to arrive, even with Amazon Prime. When it did arrive it wouldn't scan on the courier's scanner so it had to go back to the depot. When I finally got it again it had clearly been opened before as the seal was broken. The heating tool didn't work at all and the white block was missing. The instructions are in German, which I knew before I bought it by reading others reviews, but didn't really help my bad mood at that point. Crap. Spend an extra £10 and buy a quality product. You might even get English instructions.

I am absolutely chuffed to bits with this product, it’s absolutely fantastic and easy to use, I could not read any of the instructions but with a bit of common sense it’s easy to use, fantastic results shame I can’t add pics to show as I fixed the tiles before taking before pics, 110% worth the money, thanks very much 😀😀

As noted before the instructions aren't in English but there are videos on Youtube.Its easy enough to apply although you do need a good eye to get a perfect match.On my first attempt I've not done that but I'm the only one who'll spot it and its much better than having a chip in the tile showing.Seems to be hard-wearing too.Recommended.
