Great set and fun
This does need additional stuff but you will have the majority of it. I got this for my 8 year old. He loves it and so does is 5 year old assistant sister. Supervisor is needed for some tasks but it's a great way to spend time as a family

Excellent set for kids
Purchased as a present for my year old for Christmas and she has loved using this set.It is supplied with a nice big book that has plenty of experiments to try out covering a wide range of subject areas. It has plenty of included accessories to get you started, however there is a lot of stuff you'd need to source yourself such as salt, vinegars, lemons etc).She has enjoyed working through this and working out the theory behind the practical experiments.Overall, this is a great set to get kids startedPros- extensive list of experiments- fun- educationalCons- requires a lot of extra bits to do most experiments

Great way to learn chemical reactions. Really fun.
Lovely way to demonstrate chemical properties. They have a summary of •why• each reaction happened. My daughter loves playing with it.Just be aware of the red food colouring powder: it gets everywhere!!

Not the best
The items included were standard but the booklet with experiments and how to use each one isn't clear plus some are really basic like stir water and see how it moves? It wasn't a main gift which I'm glad as it would have been disappointing. Anything that foams etc isn't included it tells u too buy basic experiments like cola and mints!

Great value for money. Got it for my 7year old son, so working from the easier experiments.

We also bought science experiments book to add some extra experiments.This set is good for 5-7 year olds, so you can more interact with your kid and enjoy spending some quality time

It’s a nice set and ideal for 7-8 year old, some good contents and plenty to do with it, but additions needed for some experiments. Decent price for then set
