I've been consuming magnesium supplements on a daily basis for quite some time, and have tried many dozens of products. One thing to keep in mind that there are many variations of magnesium supplements, and this Enzymedica product provides magnesium acetyl taurinate, a patented variation called "ATA Mg" developed by Synapharm. The product description here doesn't say much about this particular magnesium variation, so you can check out the ATA Mg website for more information, which explains that it crosses the blood-brain barrier for use in the brain. And in addition to high brain availability, ATA Mg also provides high intestinal bioavailability. According to the product description here, ATA Mg provides "24% faster absorption", but the website shares what I would consider to be more important: 25-50% higher intestinal absorption. All of this said, it's a judgement call whether a less expensive magnesium product makes more economic sense for you, provided that you'll likely need to consume more magnesium. Another reviewer here mentions the 83.3 %DV (daily value) in the supplement facts on the labeling, but I typically ignore this type of recommendation because what matters is the results reported to you from regularly testing your body's magnesium level.

I'm not a healthcare professional or expert on supplements. I read an article on ATA Magnesium, and it seems like a really good supplement to take with many neurological benefits.This is the 3rd supplement I ordered from Enzymedica. The first two I loved!! Papaya Gold Enzymes and Papaya Complete Enzymes.So between the great ingredient and company track record, I'm happy to see this supplement.-Safety seals were intact-No adverse tastes, smells, or side effects-Easy to swallow-Very reasonably priced.At the time of my writing, the manufacturer has not disclosed on this site:-Where the supplements are made, if in GMP facility, and if 3rd party testing was done.You can find more information about the company online.

These are supposed to be taken one pill, twice a day. Each capsule is in the smaller side, and has a bit of a chalky smell and taste to it. It’s easy to swallow with a drink. I’ve been just taking one at night an hour before bed, just to make sure my stomach can handle it. So far, I have not had any stomach upset from it like I have with other forms of Magnesium.

The product arrived on time. The bottle displayed an extra ingredient (gellan gum) and the %DV says 83.3% not 6.5%. The color and size of the pills are different from the one I originally bought from a health food store. Everything else is the exact same!

I got the spoiled item. The smell and taste are terrible. And it looks very weird. I need to get my money back, but it says the return isn’t eligible for this item. This is the worst experience ever…

I have been taking this pills for a few days and I do feel I sleep better at night. Helps with sleep, daily stress and cognition. Bottle has 120 capsules. Take 1 capsule 2x a day. Ingredients: ATA MG 350 MG. Other ingredients are water, rice extract, rice hulls, gum arabic,and sunflower oil,100% vegetarian capsule and L-leucine.
