The device comes as advertised. It works well in Germany and is very quiet. We only use it to power our phones and my CPAP device which is why I bought it. It comes with power cords for the Europe, UK, US and Canada. Included is a handy carrying bag! Good purchase.

This worked as we expected it to. We took it on a trip to Europe for 14 days and never had any issues. I didn't bother taking a hair dryer, so I'm not sure if it would work for that. We used it to charge phones, a tablet, and a computer. It didn't work for our electric toothbrush.

Even in the box, the step down converter is the perfect size. Had no problem in Asia using the converter. Charged phones, battery banks, cameras, etc with it. I like the extension cord type which allows more flexibility. The usb c is a great addition for quick charges.

Great converter for my trip to Spain / Europe. Worked perfectly. Comes with additional plugs to adjust to different outlets. Used it to charge small devices phones, watch and lights for cycling. Note it did not generate enough power to recharge my Apple Laptop using either the standard wall outlet or USB C connection. Had to find a 220-110 outlet converter and then charged using the standard Apple wall plug.

I took this with me to Paris and it worked great for charging our iphones. BUT it did not work when it came to my Revlon hair brush blow dryer or a flat iron. It blew the flat iron which was a bummer because it was an expensive Chi iron. I'm still hoping to find a an adaptor and converter for my trip this summer.

OughBuyer beware! Bought this for two week trip to Italy. First time using it with my hair flat iron it would barely charge it, then the red light came on and the plugs were dead. Charged the phones on the USB but I didn't need it for those. Just like other reviews said - red light is bad. I should have waited until just before my trip to buy this because now it says the product exchange window is closed. Very dissapointed.

Used these every day for 3 weeks in the UK. Lots of plugs and usb. Excellent value. Green light helpful. Carry bag excellent too.

No issues. Charged phone, watch, and laptop all at once. The only thing that wouldn’t work plugged into it was my beachwaver but that’s it! Small and light enough to pack into my check in luggage, worked well the entire two weeks.
