Near Perfect, 4.5 Stars!
I've been on a long crusade to find the ideal travel & work backpack that is stylish, not too big but can fit a 16in laptop, and is made with high quality materials and I think I found the one!Big Wins:- All of the bag's openings are easily accessible and have lots of organizing pockets of various sizes to cater to most folks' needs- The material quality of the bag is fantastic. Thick laptop padding with felt lining. Exterior fabric is durable and water resistant. Shoulder straps are heavily padded. Interior pocket lining isn't thin and flimsy- Fits a 16in laptop and a large tablet with ease- Zippers are strong and glide like a figure skater- The bag is stylish, yet professional. Great overall designSmall Wins- Interior color is a medium dark grey that is a nice contrast to the exterior color and makes it easier to see the pockets- The side pockets have some stretch to them, so fitting some *slightly* larger water bottles will work, just not the Stanleys and Hydroflasks of the worldMinor Drawbacks- Not sure who thought this was a great idea but there is much-too-large felt-lined pocket at the top of the back that is hidden behind the top strap handle. It is enclosed solely by a magnet and not a zipper which I find to be an odd functionality and theft-prevention choice- Cost: this bag is certainty expensive and you can likely find similar quality at a cheaper price vs. shelling out $200+ for this one, but I will say the quality makes it a good choice. Try to snag this during a sale of you can!

Perfect for travel
I love this bag for air travel. Easily accessed pockets on the outside serve as a quick place to stash my watch/wallet/phone as I go through security. I can fit my laptop, Vision Pro (with apple case), AirPods Max, chargers, cables, etc. and still have room for some snacks or souvenirs. Each pocket is easy to access and I don’t have to pull multiple things out just to get at what I want. Easily slides onto the handle of my carry-on luggage too.

Great backpack lots of pockets but limited in size
Awesome backpack and has a ton of pockets. However that is pretty much the double edged sword. It has a laptop compartment that is extremely tight fitting for my Macbook pro 16 2021. The big compartment is fits an ok amount of things but the backpack is overall really stiff and just overall doesnt hold a ton of things. But what it can hold it does a great job and i like the size of the backpack. I recommend this backpack with the caveat of this is more of a complimentary piece for travel and not something you can solely use.

Incase A.R.C. Commuter Pack: Near Perfect!
⚠️ Update 12/30/2024 ⚠️After only two years together, it's time to give my travel companion an early retirement in favor of a more compact replacement that will more likely fit under the seat of most airlines. In case you're wondering, I went with the Away Everywhere Bag. Check out new photos to see the size difference.► Original Review:I've long been a fan of Incase for its design and quality. This latest bag I bought directly from Incase online store is no exception. Here are a few things you may want to know: Pros 👍👍👍- Design: elegant and understated. It sets itself apart but doesn't stand out! - Material: A blend of 900D and 1200D recycled polyester fabric with a water-repellent coating. The interior is soft and classy, especially the laptop compartment. Overall, very robust and sturdy bag.- Capacity and Organization: You get six compartments: 2 upfront, 2 on the sides, one in the back plus the main compartment in the middle. You get a dedicated pocket for your electronics and sensitive documents with RFID protection. The main compartment is spacious and can accommodate a weekend's worth of clothes. The laptop compartment is padded and super soft with a place for your laptop, tablet, and even e-reader! See photos for a closer look 📸📸📸- YKK and AquaGuard Zippers: Smooth and protective.- The back and shoulder straps are well padded and breathable. - Light Color Interior: You have no idea how helpful this single feature is until you use it. Everything is easy to spot at a glance. All bags should have light interiors.- Robust Luggage Pass Through: This is probably the beefiest and most stable pass through I’ve ever come across. Once set, this backpack is not budging!Cons 👎👎👎- Magnetic closure has no place in a travel bag! I actually took mine to a tailor and had it sewn shut!- Shoulder straps have loops where you can hang a carabiner. However, the carabiners keep getting caught on the partially sewn hems on the inside, and it becomes an exercise in frustration! I don't like things dangling off my bag, so this is not a big deal but I hold Incase to higher standards.- At 17 (H) x 12 (W) x 7 (D) inches, this bag may not fit under the seat of every airplane, especially if you pack it full to the gills! Bigger airplanes are fine, but smaller domestic planes, like the Embraer, are a tight squeeze! Just FYI.- The handle is soft but not padded. I added a color-matching leather handle wrap for a more comfortable grip. Again, this may sound like a small nitpick but the handle is the one part you interact with the most.My Verdict 🤔I've taken mine on a business trip that lasted a few weeks, and I was genuinely impressed by the general design, thoughtful features, and overall quality. It held up nicely, and I was really pleased with its form and functionality. It's not perfect, and it's not for everyone, especially at the asking price of over $200. But it's the best I've come across and used. So, do I recommend it? Yes, I most certainly do.I hope my short review has helped you make a more informed buying decision 👍😊✌️ Don't forget to check out my photos 📸📸
