This is a wonderful matcha. It has a bright color and when you open it you can really smell how fresh it is. While the tin it comes in is small, there is enough matcha present for about a dozen drinks. I have found that of you use 1 tsp, whisked into a foam with about 2 oz of 175F water, then pour it into a cup and top with milk, it makes a very light and refreshing matcha latte. If you aren't a huge fan of the vegetal flavor of ceremonial matcha, then this is a great alternative. It also works very well as a cake topper if you mix 0.5 tsp matcha with 0.5 tsp powdered sugar and top a vanilla pound cake.If you make sure to keep the matcha in the bag it comes in and simply fold it down to store it into the tin it also lasts quite a while without loosing flavor or oxidizing (turning brown) even if you don't use it everyday.

I have enjoyed this brand of matcha tea, but when I attempted to buy it again, it was out of stock. I was disappointed that I had to find another brand. The packaging makes it a little difficult to get a measuring spoon into the bag to make a serving of the tea.

I've tried a few diffrent matcha powders this one is an okay matcha. It doesn't have a strong flavor. It doesn't have any umami, it's more vegetal tasting. I feel like this is a decent matcha but you do get what you pay for it's not the best tasting but has a nice green color.

Smells really good, actually I even used this to make matcha cookies. Does have the bitter test since it is matcha, but over is very fresh upon consumption. The powder is fine but it's still recommended to sift because most of it can clump at the bottom is not mixed right. Overall 10/10.

Absolutely love this matcha! The flavor is smooth, rich, and just the right balance of earthy and fresh without being bitter. It blends beautifully in lattes. For the quality, the price is fantastic—organic, authentic Japanese matcha at an affordable price is a rare find! Definitely my go-to for a daily energy boost.

The color of the powder is slightly dull, but it mixes very well sifted or not. I added a little more extra than usual and use a bit less milk, but it would be better with water bc it’s very mild. The smell is really good, smells fresh and sweet. Overall it’s a solid matcha for the price, but it is not comparable to ceremonial.

Pretty good quality matcha for its price! I made this matcha latte with oat milk, honey, and about 1 1/2 teaspoons of matcha and the color came out gorgeous. I really like how it comes in a tin making it a lot easier to scoop. I also like how on the tin, it tells you how much caffeine is in each serving. Overall, this is great value!
