Japanese Tea KIMIKURA Matcha bowl with spout and handle/Yuzamashi water cooler for green tea (Black)

Love the size and function of this mixing bowl. I wasn't sure if it was going to be the right size because pictures can be deceiving. I looked on line and there wasn't much for dimensions except the volume and packaging size. I took a picture to show how big it is with the bamboo matcha mixer for reference. I will say it seems well made but mainly it's the function. It will now pour my precious matcha without loosing a drop. Also the walls are extra high and actually curve so while mixing to achieve that froth you will not loose a drop. It came well packaged in a nice official box with a pamphlet on japanese green tea and how to properly prepare. All in all I'm happy with my purchase. Dim. 4.5"x2.5" with 2" handle and 1" spout.

As soon as you hold the bowl it's easy to tell that it's made with quality materials and crafted well.

This is a beautiful bowl made in Japan. Excellent balance in design. It is light weight and has the perfect spout for pouring. I use it everyday day to whisk my matcha, and the size and shape hold the right volume of water to help me get a very frothy matcha tea. Highly recommend this bowl.

Very disappointed in this piece. Does not feel ceramic at all and feels delicate. Chawan bowls are intended to keep your tea warm while you whisk, and this one is a far cry from functional. Will be returning.

Great quality! I use it every day for either matcha or turmeric latte. easy to rise off and keeps warm.
