What a great rod
This is by far the best survey rod for my gps unit. It weighs almost nothing it snaps in to most common rod heights with a sighting nut at the top to martian accuracy. It seems very sturdy and well built. I mounted all my data collectors and equipment no problem. I could easily recommend this to anyone.

Bottom section is hollow and flimsy. Otherwise good quality probably will order a different one when it breaks.

GPS rod
The rod I purchased was..... okay.There is no aluminum frame under the carbon fiber, extremely disappointing.The lack of support makes the rod somewhat flimsy. The rod was also shipped in a box with no padding or bubble wrap to protect a PRECISION TOOL.3 stars at best
