This is my second tactical pen I’ve purchased. My first one has a screw cap (which was annoying) and was much heavier, this one is much more practical for use everyday, I love the bolt-click action on this one, it’s satisfying to click and it writes well. The pen is perfect for a business setting, it’s well built and solid and doesn’t look ridiculous when you bring it into a corporate meeting. I also like that it comes with a free refill. For the price and functionality, this pen fits the bill of a tactical pen that is perfect for everyday use. The reason I got this pen was because I had to sign something at work and my other hand was carrying my laptop. It was so annoying to have to put everything down and unscrew the cap... this pen fixes that problem completely. After all... you want a pen to write with that doesn’t take two hands to operate...

The pen is a bit slick and the ink cartridge isnt the best but a good pen

Purchased the black version and it came in a nice gift box.The finish and workmanship of the pen is great. The bolt action is smooth and almost addictive.I like the feel of the pen and that for a tactical pen it is not too aggressive so you can travel with it.Overall can strongly recommend the pen if you are looking for a tactical pen which feels good when using it for writing.

For how cheap it is, it isn't terrible. If the bolt is not down, it rattles which is a little annoying. The ink cartridge that came installed didn't work all the time. My main problem: I dropped the pen, and the tip came off. It has no threading, so I couldn't put it back on. The main shaft is a separate piece from the tip. I don't know why they didn't make it all one piece or at least make the tip part able to be screwed back on.

This is a very nice, inexpensive pen. The action is clean and smooth. The pen looks great. The only issue is that it is too smooth. It is difficult to write with due to the smooth grip. It is hard to hold on to. Otherwise I love the pen.

As an aircraft mechanic I am extremely familiar with aerospace grade aluminum. This doesn't count as show in the picture. A slight roll off the table was able to snap this tip off making the pen completely unusable.

Great pen and fun to fidget with but iv only had a week and the refill is out already despite me messing with it

UpdateI thought this was a good pen but today i go to use it and the tip broke off.. it looks real thin.This is a real sturdy pen. Just got it yesterday but l really like it. The only problem I have had is the first refill that came in the pen did not work.

Solid feeling pen, not as heavy as others which is good!

Tought it was good but after one drop the pen broked in half at the end ..i had it for only 2 full days ..aluminum is to thin ..i dont recommand

I wish there was a textured grip surface near the point where you hold the pen to write. It's too slippery to use properly.

My husband liked and the bolt action. But like other reviews, once dropped it is done!! Pretty pathetic for a “tactical pen”. Also the ink only lasted a week or 2. What r the odds any1 won’t accidentally drop their pen. Such a shame! Not worth $13. Might as well get a well known brand pen like parker!
