Dimensions are not accurate
I order one item initially to check whether the dimensions are proper, and it was all good. I would have appreciated further if there is a holder in the middle for easy remove, as you need to clean it frequently. When I order second time 2 pieces, the ones delivered are not of same dimension, and now they are of no use for me.

The product is ok.The issues I faced were more to do with hair collection around the drain cover and if the water force is high then the probabilty of an overflow is high.

Value for money
I fixed in kitchen below the sink. I was facing cockroach problem. I identified place from where it's coming. I fixed it there only. It has been solved now. No problem from last 2 years.
