The shirt fits a little big. The pants are snug but stretch. I like the uniform even with the size issues and I would buy again. The material is stretchy and comfortable to work in.

I typically wear medium scrubs. After reading reviews I ordered large. The top fits like a large, however, the pants fit more like a medium.
