Good qualiy, ready does a great job
I really like the product so far. It work great with the current upgrade to our system at work.

It doesn't work. I called. Nobody called me back.
I want to exchange but nobody is calling me back. Tried it on 2 computers and the "record" function does not work. I wasted hours and money on this. Paid someone to try it on their computer and the same thing. IT DOES NOT WORK!

It works as advertised; but, we have to get a new one about every 12 moths.
