These were very large, would be great for an adult or someone with large wrists. They were good quality but too way big for my son’s lean little wrists, and my average female wrist.

Worth the money!
These are great! They are comfortable and the tracker fits snug inside so it doesn’t fall out like some bands. I bought a black , dark blue and a slate color and not disappointed with the colors.
