Back support is not a good design.
It doesn’t support back as it should, easy to assemble.

Lots of features but quality on the armrests is an issue
Arrived fast and was quick to put together with minimal issues. Lots and lots of adjustment features. Would be nice if it could be lowered a shade further. I'm 5'7" and need it on the lowest height setting which removes some of the cushioning from the gas cylinder when sitting down. But otherwise, it's a very comfortable chair for daily home office use.My biggest complaint is the build quality of the arms. I've owned the unit 2 months and both armrests have broken with normal daily use to different degrees due to poor build quality in screws and plastic construction. Highly disappointing given the reviews and cost of the chair.I'll update the review as I make progress with the company on a resolution.
