Vibrates, does NOT rotate
I've been looking at getting something like this for a while and I figured for $10 it was worth a shot.Out of the box I was surprised at how soft all the bristles were - I didn't even need to use the one for sensitive skin. So far it seems to do a good job cleaning my skin, though it does not prevent breakouts. I don't get very many as is, but I still get some, even after using this.The one disappointment is that the heads do NOT spin like I thought they were supposed to. They just vibrate, but if that's good enough for my toothbrush it's probably okay for my facial brush too. It makes my face feel tingly afterwards.

Does not work properly
I bought this as a gift for my Granddaughter. She didn't tell me until after my window to return it, but it does not spin as described. It vibrates. She does not use it because doesn't feel a vibrating head will do what a spinning head will do.

mine doesn’t spin
soooo i just tried this brush on my face. it’s got nice bristles and motors buttt it doesn’t spin.... and it says that it’s supposed to.
