Krill oil is just plain expensive, but these did not have a bad odor or taste as some "fish" oil products do. I only used 1 bottle so far so I don't know if it had any effect on my cholesterol level or not.

I really liked these. Easy to swallow. I would consume one in the morning after my morning smoothie. Only one a day. Only had one burp that had a hint of fish, but otherwise they were really good. I really saw a difference in hair quality as I was looking at the vitamins for hair growth and strength. I look forward to getting more!

Supplement was rancid, had to throw the 2 bottles I paid for out. Will go back to the brand I had used in the past.
