Great For Athlets
My son uses this before his meets to improve his oxygenation. Has worked great for years. The flavor has a bit to improve but not sure how you can do that without putting additives in which could dilute the effectiveness of the beet shot. For now, he struggles though chugging it then washing his mouth out with water. The price of performance.
