Disappointing germination in perfect growing conditions.
Very slow to germinate and patchy, but maybe it's a type of grass that takes longer to grow. I have had to buy more seed to fill in the patches. The grass in this area grows almost while you are watching it, at this time of year, so the conditions were perfect. I also netted the area, so no seed was lost to birds. Six weeks after sowing, the new growth is about an inch high and some ungerminated seed is still visible.

Takes a while to germinate but has worked great for me
My lawn had been trashed by some buildings work that we had on the house so I was seriously considering starting again with turf, but thought it was worth a punt to buy a 5KG bag of this to see how it would come on. I have to say I am extremely pleased with the result. It is not prefect, probably due to my inaccurate sowing and dog tending to scratch it up, but there is plenty of seed left to cover up those patches. It has been down now about a month (since mid-July) and from a distance it looks like a normal lawn. Up close you can see it is only new grass but I have no doubt that it will fill out. Would highly recommend you give it a try.

My Grass Was Never Greener!
This is an excellent product when it comes to frequent lawn repairs, in this case necessitated by a mad German Shepherd dog and and a lunatic Labrador bitch. Bless them both

my lawn is now beautiful after only one year
With some initial trepidation after sowing, my lawn is now beautiful after only one year. A real quality looking lawn. You will need twice as much seed as they say though. The only snag I can see is that if you want to use weedkiller it will also kill the clover.

Lush green lawn!!
Have used micro clover for a few years now! Grows well and missed with the seed filled burnt patches easily and quickly!

no clover at all just grass seed which is growing well. not what I paid for.
So disappointed no clover grown at all. Grass seed in the mix has grown quickly but wanted the clover, guess will have to buy clover seed elsewhere. Could have bought just grass seed, which it seems is what I have, a lot cheaper.
