this radio is terrible
just got the deck three days ago and granted the price is what caught my eye and being my old radio just died wanted to upgrade and not spend a ton since im not rich. so i installed it three days ago and since day one have had alternator interference i.e example is an alternator whine. also i just so happened to notice because just my luck it doesnt fit with the plastic dash housing that i have to sand to make fit i just so happened to feel the temperature of the radio after bumping my music on my way home from work and it was insanely hot to the point it froze the screen and i had to unplug my battery even removing the key from igniton didnt shut it off. so needless to say DO NOT BUY CHEAP RADIO EQUIPTMENT. i feel like under alot of use this thing is either gonna burn out or catch my damn car on fire nevermind the terrible sound quality

Great product.
Got this for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Since I didn’t have time to get it installed in a shop, I decided to try to do it myself. The installing process is much easier than I thought, it didn’t take too long. All the functioning works well. I like the product, and my wife likes the price!

Nice but not without issues
Installed this unit in a 2004 Ford Explorer, we like it but it was not without issues. From the perspective of function, it does it’s job nicely. Sound quality is good, when compared to stock unit that was removed. Screen quality is clear. Touch screen is responsive. It’s good looking. Hands free calling works well. Definitely an upgrade from stock 2004 unit.I installed this using a correct Metra install kit and that was a problem. Maybe on a non Ford kit it won’t be. The volume knob, USB port, and auxiliary in port were being partially covered by the kit and trimming was involved. Those items are too close to the edge of the unit. Luckily I had correct tools and experience to do some adjusting and it worked out and still looks nice and not a hack job.Camera picture is clear but note we did not use the included camera. A license plate mounted camera was more friendly because of the vehicles tail gate design. So basically I’m just saying the screen image is clear.Overall I would purchase again. The extra hassle I had in the dash installation I can deal with in relation to the price point.

It's been a struggle.
It was tricky to install but got it all working except i cant get half the features to work and it was supposed to let me change the boot logo screen to match the car. Neither of which i've figured out and all i can see is that i need to update the firmware. So i tried that feature and it also doesn't work. I cant say that i would recommend this to any, unless maybe i got a lemon

Easy install. Lots of feature
For the price I don't think you can touch the features. Bluetooth music from my phone works great. It's got HD radio type tuner so you will find alot of new stations to listen to. It's a very compact unit which may point a mounting problem for some. Only negative I have seen is I haven't found AM on it yet. Shipping was fast. Making the adapter to plug into the stock harness was very easy.

Definitely Worth $65 but READ THIS!
I bought this product for my 94 Dodge 1500 and it does not fit in the stock slot. However, I knew it wouldn't, I built a custom center console to update the truck. It works good, but there is some audio interference with the bluetooth playback. Its noticeable with my 2 12's when there is no audio playing. Connection only goes about 5' before bluetooth audio starts to skip. The unit hasn't overheated as of yet but I did notice it got warm in like 20 min of usage. I'd recommend a small fan just to make sure your unit won't overheat. (CPU Fan) for $65 this unit is definitely worth the investment. I haven't hooked up the rear camera yet as it's a project truck and need to do cosmetics first. The 1080P screen is pretty clear, I downloaded music videos and threw them on a flash drive. If you plan to put a DVD player or gaming console, make sure to purchase RCA to Aux as there is only an Aux audio input. I noticed on other reviews people claim to have glitchy systems, mine had no defects upon arrival. Even came with a stock screen protector. Remote control works well. Will update for the back up camera in the future.

perfect radio
I have no complaints on this price,I bought this for my dad, and he installed in a 2002 Acura and it works perfectly. Also the controls are very easy to figure out, and now my dad can connect his phone through the bluetooth, it was really help when he's driving.

Decent quality head unit with a very good backup camera system.
installed in a 2002 Honda Odyssey and it is a great unit for the price. I did not experience overheating of head unit like another reviewer did and the sound is ok for my family's purposes. Only has FM radio and sound quality is decent or average. Lots of features to adjust sound. I like that you can push the brightness symbol on top of screen and pushing it once dims it for night driving and pushing it again blackens out the screen. Just touch the black screen anywhere and the screen turns back on at the high brightness setting. No problem seeing the screen in bright daylight. Touch sensitivity is not the greatest, but I can live with it for $60 bucks. Phone quality is excellent both talking and hearing calls, no issues. The unit has a built in microphone. My wife's Apple 8 has no problem connecting fast, it remembers you and my android has no issues connecting. Music over bluetooth is again average and decent for $60. Sound is definitely better on bluetooth than through the tuner. Lastly, the back up camera is excellent which is the main reason I bought this unit. Camera was included and provides a very clear picture even at night. I am taken back at how seamless it works. If hooked up properly, even if the radio is off, when you put the gear in reverse, the camera activates and the live video comes on the screen within a few seconds. Many other features but these are the highlights. I am still trying to figure out how to update the firmware unless it doesn't need it, because it doesn't say either way when you choose to do so. Anyway, I would recommend this unit to anyone on a budget that wants decent sound quality and a good backup camera. It did take me the entire day to install this because you have to hide the wire from the back to the front. Instructions are terrible but there are a lot of videos on youtube showing how to hook up the wires on the camera.
