It takes some practice to get it right.
Took some time to get used to it. The YouTube video definitely helped. I am a huge fan of figuring Products out and love products that are intuitive. This was not one. It took some time to figure out how to work it. You definitely need to read the instructions, so don’t accidentally throw them away. Watched a YouTube video to learn the best techniques. I’m sure it will take a long time to get a Products out and love products that are intuitive. This was not one. It took some time to figure out how to work it. I’m sure it will take a long time to Gain the skills necessary to create projects like the one pictured on the box. Still a great buy for a challenging project.

Works ok, needs a USB power supply that should be include.
Update: company sent me a replacement pen at no cost and the replacement works great. The pen does not include a USB power brick. There is no information in the documentation as to what amp power supply is required. It took me a few tries to find a power supply that would work with this pen. Turned out that a 1 amp power supply worked fine thou I had a 2 amp that did not.This pen doesn't work. It doesn't feed any filament thru the pen. It draws it in and then does nothing. You can push the button to start it flowing and nothing ever comes out. You can retract the filament back out, insert different filament and prime it again, same thing, no filament will exit the tip.

Great value
Connects via USB. Heats up quick. Easy to use. At first, the tip part was bully and it was hard to see while using it. Then I realized I can remove the tip cover which makes the tip a lot slimmer and makes it much easier to use.

My boy want a 3Dpen for a while. I hesited because most of them are expensive untill I saw this. Since the price is good why not to try. turn out is this one work well. Very good product with pretty price. both of my son and i are happy^&^

This 3D pen is really nice, even though the color is wrong but it's OK. My young sister may not good at use it, but she likes doing things with creative, this Pen is good choice. I can use USB to charge it, very convince. We play for hours, the filament nearly run out. I think I should buy another filament. Very interesting stuff, I should buy a pink one for my girlfriend as birthday gift, I think she will love it.
