Sturdy, safe, slim
We needed a safe step stool in the bathroom for our two year old to start washing her hands by herself. This one is perfect, very strong and well balanced, and the handles are at a perfect height for her to step up and down without falling. It took some figuring out to put together but with a little time and double checking the instructions my kids and I got it together.

Kids love it
My kids love it, however, now dinners must be made with them due to this stool. They are loving learning how to cook and staying interested as they can see and participate easier. It's durable and good looking.

Works for us
Works well for me and my little one. The only downside is that the styrofoam got stuck to the non-slip stair cover and I have not been able to remove all of it.

Solid Stool
Hand washing has become even more important than usual. I’d been looking for a step stool just right for my 3 year old to be able to climb up independently of our help that was meant for a toddler to use. Until now we’d been moving a chair over to the sink or holding him up. For setup I recommend two people to assemble. It wasn’t the easiest to put together alone. With two people holding it up it can be done rather quickly. I can’t express how happy I am that I decided to go with this stool. It’s solid, aesthetically sleek, and my little guy can use without assistance. Recommend.

I wouldn’t buy this one
I purchased this stool in espresso for my 4 year old daughter. She loves to cook. She’s just about 40lbs. We used it Christmas Day when she opened it and we’ve been using it routinely since. Today cooking breakfast, she fell right through it. The top step broke and gave way under her. We are very lucky the screw didn’t puncture her leg or cut her at all but she did fall and hit her head on the kitchen floor. If I had to do over again, I wouldn’t buy this product - go with another one that’s actually sturdy and real wood. Because this one is neither!

Decent Product, but quality does not match price
The stool works. It supports the weight of a toddler, can be moved by an adult easily, and can be pushed across a smooth floor by a toddler. It's just a 2-step stepstool with higher than usual walls. It is easy to climb up, but a bit difficult to climb down. An adult should be nearby to help with climbing down.Very easy assembly. It requires a screwdriver and can be easily built by a single adult in less than 10 minutes. The instructions don't exactly match the product, but you can either improvise with an electric drill and an extra screw or skip that step without a problem. The craftmanship is very poor. There are some gaps where parts come together, some cracked parts, and some parts not fully painted. This would be a great $20 - $30 stool, but it's no $70 stool.Overall, I would buy this product for $20 - $30, but if it is priced any higher, I'd just buy a real stepstool.
