This supplement was recommended to me by my friend when I complained to her that I feel fatigue all the time and no energy at all. She suggested that I had a lack of magnesium due to lots of stresses in my life currently, so I am taking these for almost two and a half weeks now and I wanted to leave my recommendation for others if they are in the same state I was just two weeks ago. I feel so much more energetic and my sleep improved a lot for the past week! I am amazed how quickly I felt an effect. I want to help all the other busy mothers out there so I leave my recommendation here for you. Go for it.

I am really pleased with this product. I value taking quality vitamins and supplements, which have been made free of any animal cruelty and are good for our bodies and planet. This vegan product assured that. Magnesium is one of the best supplements for me and I have tried many different ones, but this particular one I am pleased with due to it’s quick effectiveness. I noticed a change in my sleep quality pretty much straight away. I fall asleep a lot quicker and have a very long and uninterrupted sleep. I can actually sleep in now!! I also see a change in my energy levels already but need to keep taking these to see full effects. Thank you.

Initial experience is poor. The top of the bottle wouldn't open. At all. Now, before you call me a weakling, I examined the cap and the threads were out of alignment and the cap had been forced on and was not going to bulge. I then started stabbing the cap with a sharp knife until I had enough space to open the cap with pliers. Bottle ruined of course.So, do they work? No idea but I certainly don't feel particularly restful. Maybe after I can down.Poor quality control on packaging.

This is an excellent product which actually works. I feel overall better and am sleeping well again. I would say the capsules are a little bit large so occasionally struggle to swallow. That is a minor point when the effects are so very good and beneficial to my health..

I've been taking this supplements for 10 days. I am suffering from mild fatigue and can definitely confirm that these have slightly reduced the symptoms. Obviously the supplements will not solve the problem however, it helps to cope with the condition. Due shortage of magnesium I had cramps and these have reduced. Sleeping improved. Overall satisfied with the purchase.

I only take one (half the dose) a night and they work great. Restful, complete, deep nights sleep. Incredibly vivid dreams too which is normal when you reach decent levels of continuous sleep. Highly recommend

I got diarrhea from this product, the amount of magnesium in the product will cause diarrhea, over a long period of time it will cause immune system deficient.

Maybe I had a faulty bottle, but the lid just would not turn no matter how hard I or my boyfriend tried (yup even he couldn't do it!). After at least 20 minutes of smacking and whacking and using knives and scissors and can openers to pry it open we eventually managed to pry it open, but not without a few cuts and scratches.Can't comment on the efficacy of the supplements as of yet.

Me ha encantado este suplemento. Tiene la cantidad ideal tanto de zinc, como magnesio y vitamina b6. Yo lo quiero para mantener mis niveles óptimos. No hago ningún entrenamiento deportivo de alto rendimiento y sigo simplemente una dieta equilibrada. Para mi caso particular, mi edad y mi condición física, cumple perfectamente con la proporción de cada elemento. Recomiendo tomarlo por la noche, y evitar mezclar con calcio.

Fonctionne à merveille sur moi. La journée je me sens boostée, et le soir je m'endors facilement, même si je dors très peu. Je suis plus dynamique la journée, et ça c'est très important pour moi, j'habite à 43km de mon travail ! Donc la conduite en fin de journée m'étais très pénible. Maintenant c'est vraiment différent, et c'est le but recherché. Voilà !
