Cheerwing Boxing Kick Pads Training Target

I use this to punch away my anger and frustrations. I put it on my left arm, with the pad facing in (i.e. to the right), and punch it with my right hand. Then, I switch arms. It's great because it keeps me from punching people, which I think is illegal and could lead to jail time (or death, since I live in Texas and most people are carrying).

It's a little smaller than I expected. A better phone with an arm through it would be good. The pad is pretty firm which means you have to absorb some energy from kicks and punches but already it's starting to loosen which is a good thing. I think the more it's used, the better it'll get. Workmanship seems pretty solid.

This Thai Pad is below average, especially compared to other ones from Everlast and RDX MMA. I expected it to be much bigger and with a greater surface area of padding. Unfortunately, it's quite small, and thus extremely unstable, which does not allow for much kicking, especially power kicks. Other thai pads I have used are able to withstand roundhouse power kicks, but this one just doesn't cut it. I would NOT recommend this thai pad for anyone looking to improve upon the power and accuracy of their kicks.

We are a family of Muay Thai practitioners and bought these to train at home. They work awesome and take a heavy pounding. They've stood up to the test on some pretty long sessions, and are very comfortable on the arms. Incredibly durable and great quality for the price. Will buy again. Highly recommmend them.

Great for at home use . Im sure after many maby hits it will start to fall apart. Qualitt is ok, but you get what you pay for. There are better quality products out there for 2 or 3 tines the price. This isbgreat for light to moderate at home use.

Good quality, but it came with a defective rivet. I am testing it for durability. It is very well built, if not for the rivet I give it 5 stars.

Nice size for the price, but boy is it HARD. Seems to be well made though. Hoping we can break in somehow.

Had this for several months now and it has held up great. Used a few times every week and still looks like it did brand new. Will definitely try to stick to this brand for future needs.
