It's good for pull up assistant... Not for heavy use... You can do some bicep curl, tricep extension, chest expander but it's too easy to curl it for a guy who go to gym regularly but it can be adjusted and shorten the length... But it looks like that it will tear and broke after over and over usage... So if you are serious about building some muscles and wanted a good resistance band for a home workout... I would recommend you to buy "Spinway Ultra heavy" resistance band.... By the way this band is good for pull up assistant.... I hope this review is helpful for you

The band snapped within one weeks.

Not great. I find the quality of fitness products is inferior in India, also the options are limited compared to products available in the US. Used this product fir few months, snapped yesterday. It is good if you dont have to do vigourous exercise requireung high tension. I was trying to do a cross over for chest and it snapped.

Its awsome guys, its literally a complete gym in the form of bands. Did my shoulders workout with these bands and the pump was insane, i always had a problem feeling my rear delts but with these i not only was able to feel my rear delts but also got the pump even in rear delts. I bought 1 yellow tube, 1red band, 1blue band and 1 green band which has more than enough resistance. Go for it guyz.

Broke today...really did not use this particular band much. Has been sitting in corner un-used for most of the year.I'm guessing most of these types of bands won't last too long, as they are just giant rubber bands and will eventually disintegrate like all rubber bands do.

too expensive for the quality provided. The resistance falls rapidly as the stretch length increases, which should not happen for such an expensive band.

It’s a very good product with good resistance and quality!
