Very satisfied with my purchase
As a "paisa" living in Baltimore, MD, there's not a single market near me where I can buy arepas without having to drive at least 1 hour (towards Washington, D.C.). So I decided to give La Montaña a try. I ordered 6 packages on Wednesday, and was able to get free shipping (nice). I was under the impression the package would deliver the following Tuesday/Wednesday, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the arepas on Saturday evening.The only negative is that I expected the box to come with an ice pack of some sort to keep them cold, considering the seller ships from a facility in FL and I'm located in Maryland. However, none of my 6 packs showed presence of mold or foul smell. Overall I'm impressed with the quality of these products and will definitely repurchase. I am happy I don't have to drive 1 hour anymore to get my beloved arepas!

Great option for more than corn arepas
Love them. I really happy that I found them. I love cassava and this arepas were the perfect solution for a light dinner or lunch. Just put together with shredded chicken and avocado and you are ready!

The "arepa de yuca" that's really just a corn arepa...Never again
If you want traditional corn arepas (arepas de maiz) then you'll be fine ordering these arepas. They're tasty corn arepas BUT they're definitely NOT arepas the yuca. Those familiar with Colombian arepas de yuca know to expect the soft texture and slight sweetness created by Yuca Harina (yuca flour). Unfortunately what is written much smaller on the package and barely visible in the product image is 100% maiz (corn) trillado. This I did not see until after I got my shipment. When I opened my package of 6 (individual packages) I immediately saw this and thought no way would they sell something that clearly (and in LARGE letters) says on each package "Arepas de Yuca...". Nonetheless that is what I got, arepas de maiz that I myself can easily make, in a much larger size and quantity for a fraction of the price using Arepaharina or a similar product. Just throw in a little shredded cheese and BAM that's which I can make is what I paid for in this shipment. Don't get me wrong, I would love to give this purchase 5 stars but what I bought was a gross misrepresentation of what they posted on the website. I can't even fault the vendor, it's the manufacturer La Montana who is responsible. Too bad they will never see this review to know what their potentially loyal Colombian consumers think. As for me, that is the last La Montana product I will ever purchase. If you're considering buying these I suggest you adjust your expectations and read the bottom half of the pictured item so you see for yourself that you're getting a 100% arepa de maiz, not a yummy arepa de yuca.

These are AMAZING!
Yuca or not, they're great. I mean, I'm not the Yuca police so it won't be the end of the world if it's not 100% Yucarina made of the sweet Yuca from Santander. I'll keep buying these for a looooong time.
