Transformed a backpack for less than $9!
The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical of this product as it seems other reviews were a hit or miss, but I am extremely satisfied. I tried to video my steps through the process because there aren't any directions and the ones online are poor. You take the picture with the colorful side up (looking towards you) and you iron with the steam OFF over the plastic sheet that the picture is attached to in 15 second increments. I found that the edges came off cleaner if you let the plastic cool before removing. I then placed a towel over the picture and ironed once more. The product transformed my daughter's backpack. I am very pleased and hope that helps in your decision. For reference this was my first time ever using heat transfer, and while I was initially intimidated, it was an overall easy process.

Very happy
bought the Horse n let's start off by saying I'm very pleased with it. Now that is said let me tell you something about appling it to your clothes.. I didn't wash my since it was a new.MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU START BE SURE THE WHITE IS LAYING FLAT ON YOUR PROJECT N THE CLEAR N COLORFUL DECAL IS FACING UP.1st I put my shirt on so I can see where I wanted it by looking in a mirror, then I put the patch on my ( make sure the white side it laying flat on your PROJECT n the colorful side is upward) with straight pins on top of both side to hold it in place where I wanted it.2nd I laid the shirt on my ironing board with my iron on cotton n NO STEAM... make sure you use NO STEAM.3rd sense I only pin the top on each side I lifted it so I could iron my shirt so it WOULDN'T have any wrinkles on it n after that I put the patch back down. .4th.. Make sure you iron is on the patch for 15sc n let cool before you remove the clear fime, Now this is the part you must pay attention to very carefully...when you start to pull the fime off use your other hand n hold the picture down Gently while you're pulling the fime VERY VERY SLOWLY KEEP MOVING YOUR HAND THAT'S HOLDING THE PICTURE DOWN WITH YOUR OTHER HAND ,BOTH AT THE SAME TIME. . If you pull to fast n don't hold the picture down while you're pulling the fime on the picture will come up n then it's no good. So be very Patient, while you're pulling the fime n some of your pic is coming up also re-iron your project.5th When you have it on take a dish towel n lay over it n iron over the whole picture, this will make sure everything is down. If you don't use a towel n just iron on the picture it will burn it, SO PLEASE USE a towel on top of your decal.6s Now this is the last step I did to Really make sure it would be staying on. I turn my shirt inside out n iron it once again. I haven't washed my shirt so I can't tell you how it will do.Hope this helps. I also have a picture of my Project. I love it. Enjoy n don't get Frustrating on your PROJECT 😉😉

Read all the comments first.
I disliked the lack of instructions in the package. Fortunately I read our fellow reviewer's conflicting instructions. Ended up not using a towel, but the advice of when it was beginning to come off, to lay the plastic sheet back down and iron a bit more. I have had trouble with this type of transfer before coming off the clothing micro seconds after application. Making sure it was on fully, I have yet to see any hint of it peeling off. I will see after wash/dry. If it survives that well, I will edit the star rating up in spite of the manufacturing people's lack of instructions.

Very easy
After reading some reviews I got nervous thinking that this was going to be difficult, but it was not. You put it on your project with the colorful side up (there’s a clear plastic film). Put your iron on the cotton setting. Place heated iron directly on the plastic film for 15 seconds, then move it to another area for another 15 seconds and so forth. Gradually lift plastic film a little to make sure it adhered. If it didn’t, do it again. If it did, slowly removing the plastic film. Although this looks really pretty and was super easy, I have a feeling that it is not going to stay on after a couple of washings.

It worked!
Be patient...- Place a towel over the iron-on prior to ironing- Let garment and decal cool completely- Peel away the plastic very slowlyAll of the decal adhered to the sweatshirt I used. I don't think I'll put this in the dryer after washing as the decal seems delicate. I think it turned out great, and it was fun!

Looks good
Was a little difficult ironing on had to be patient and careful. When washing recommend turning garment inside out and putting in a laundry bag so do not stretch decal causing it to peel. Finding just the right garment and choosing a color was the difficult part.
