Excellent Customer Service / Worthless Product
The first product was a faulty one, it stopped illuminating after 2 minutes and stopped elevating in less than 24 hours, when I contacted the seller, they replied almost instantly apologizing and assuring that "don’t worry we will solve it well for you".They made a new one, contacted me to see if I want to change the customization picture before they print it (I did), they printed 2 pictures one of each side of the moon, sent me pictures of it working to see if it was as expected, asked me to keep it for few days to test it well before shipping it to my address, I said yes and they kept it for one week under test. When I finally received the new one, I decided to keep it for another week of extensive test before I do the review; I kept it working 24/7 with all possible tests to see if it will keep the good performance, amazingly it did just until the final test, since I live in a place with both 110 and 220 volt power supply but I intend to use the lamp in another place with only 220 V, I changed the power supply to 220, this should be OK as it is clearly mentioned in both product specs on Amazon and on the supplied adapter the it works on a range of 100-240 V BUT actually it didn't, as soon as I changed the power supply it stopped working, no light and of course not elevating with continuous clicking sound coming from the base and needless to say that changing back to 110 V didn't work, so I guess 240V was too much for it and the circle is already dead. I'm not 100% sure that is the real cause but I cant figure something else. Conclusion, if you intend to use it with 110 V, maybe you can give it a try, it was really awesome when it worked, otherwise do not take the risk.
