The staresso extra coffee basket works as it should and is a nice addition for a easy second shot when needed, pre-load and wrap with cellophane for out and about... Be sure to get the carrying case also!The staresso pump machine makes excellent espresso with nice crema.Very pleased with this purchase.

I bought this so I would have an extra to easily make another espresso without having to clean the filter I have. I just give a quick rinse to the piece that holds the water and the piece that holds this filter and load the extra filter with coffee. It's so much faster!

I bought this because I like a double shot in my after workout protein shake. I set up the this and the one that came with the staresso and make my two shots, then bang out the grinds in the trash.

Excellent! Nice to have a extra brew cup, I can pump out 2 shots back-to-back, in way less time for 2 cappuccinos! Well worth it!
