Good network! Value for money! Beware if you are porting the number
I really liked the Red pocket GSMA network which uses AT & T as base network. The coverage is good and for nearly ~20 USD per month u get enough data and unlimited calls. They also offer international calls via some proxy number but its not that reliable during peak hours and takes time but never mind as I use other apps like WhatsApp for international voice calls.Red pocket ships you free sim but that takes longer. As I wanted same day delivery to port from a different network, I purchased from Amazon. Amazon delivered as expected and I followed the instructions shipped along with the SIM card and went to website mentioned in the instructions. I purchased monthly plan and selected port option but my sim was assigned a new number. It turned out to be the bug with sellers website and not Red pocket website. So I had to call Red Pocket, suspend my account and get my sim replaced. So if you are looking to port your number to red pocket, beware of this. Go directly to Red Pocket website to do your port and purchase a plan.

Great Service!!
not sure what everyone else had issues with but I was able to port my phone number over from another carrier and the service and coverage is 10x better then what I had. my original carrier had me using the wifi calling feature while at home because of coverage issues.finally finished with contract and decided going this route which a family member recommend, so far tech support has been awesome not waiting 30-45 min in a phone cue or anything few phone calls and boom number transfered and operationalshipper is awesome came super fast!!

BUYER BEWARE-Not a plan from Red Pocket Mobile
This is a plan for Red Pocket Mobile (RPM) from up4l, whoever that is. The price on amazon gets you the sim, that’s it. This is not a trial plan/cost. Up4l does not offer annual plans like RPM. Up4l set up is not intuitive or thorough-I entered the 20 digit sim# incorrectly, which they only noticed AFTER taking payment. Now I wait for a response via email of how to resolve. I’ll be looking to Amazons stellar service to resolve because they shouldn’t sell deceptive products.

Be patient
They are a good service. An mvno for Verizon and other networks depending on your phone (GSM CDMA etc)Their support is difficult and dealing with accounting via email is counter productive. I got 3 answers from them and they were all wrong. They even illustrated it in one of the emails making them look even more pathetic.I stayed with them because once you get set up you don’t have to deal with them anymore and continue using the service. All of the other mvnos are difficult except for US Mobile. They have great service.

Zero customer service when your device stops working
I have about 12 devices, both cell phones and data only tablets. I was in the process of transitioning all of them to red pocket because the first few were successful, worked as they should, and cost less than att. Today my most critical device has been saying "sign in to network" and I've been listening to the on hold music @ red pocket for over an hour. Save the headache and find a different provider.

Excellent coverage at bargain pricing...
Sim card activation was flawless (did not port number due to the fact that I plan to test the service prior to committing to an annual package).I am very impressed with the connection and wide coverage range in my geographic area. After two weeks of trial usage, I am very pleased with both service and value of product.Barring a calamity, I intend to purchase a 12 mo. plan at conclusion of trial.

Up4l.com sucks! Redpocket=A+
Do not use up4l.com to activate! If you do you will never see that money! Activate through redpocket. My lesson that I had to learn. You will get no where trying to activate with up4l. Their customer service sucks! After activate the service is pretty good!

This specific sim no good
I have ordered 3 previously and were great but this order in particular does not work! They asked me to wait 24hrs-72 hrs and I waited 5 days and nothing so I got my $60 plan refunded. But I don’t think I am able to return the sim...
