Alerts when it turned on and is still not functioning
We ordered this for our office and unfortunately, we are unable to use it and unable to diagnose the problem. The alert light keeps blinking which indicates an issue with a paper jam or lack of toner cartridge. Neither of those is the case, as we have only kept the cartridge shipped with the printer in it. Might go buy a certified Cannon cartridge to see if that is the issue.

Use the internet to load the driver.
Super simple to set up. For the size of device having duplex printing saves a lot of paper. First page out fast. Printing from phone is easy. When I need a color printer. I'll get a canon in the same series.
