Works well on carpet
I got this to use on my Eureka Mighty Mite, which only came with a part for hard floors. This floor brush has a roller with bristles for use on carpets. I'm pretty impressed with this! It attached to my vacuum very easily and did quite a nice job on both tile and carpet. I did still notice a few fibers and bits from the cat's cardboard scratcher after I was done, but considerably less than what was left when I used the old attachment. I will say that since this is made of plastic, it doesn't feel as solid as other vacuum's attachments do, but that shouldn't be a problem since I'm not vacuuming with Hulk strength anyway.All said, I'm very happy with my purchase -- it has made using my vacuum a lot easier and pulls up a lot more stuff.

Broke in a way i can't fix
I thought i would take a chance on cheap. Cheap screwed me again. The plastic is VERY thin in places that need strength. I expected the moving parts to wear out, instead the neck broke long before that could even happen. Did not get my money out of this piece of junk before it broke. I have hard floors and one rug. So this unit did not have a hard life.

Does not fit a rainbow vacuum cleaner hose
Do not buy this product if you are trying to use it on a rainbow. It's too small to fit the rainbow hose the added attachment for it is too large for the rainbow hose. I've used mine less than 2 months it is past The return by date and it's already cracked. and since I have to allow Amazon permission to go into my camera and my photo gallery I wasn't able to just upload a photo of the crack.

Doesn't work well
I bought this for my Bissell canister vacuum, it fit fine. The problem I had was after two uses it just quit working. Not worth the money I paid for it, very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Best available
Effective, my favourite vacuum attachment. Difficult to clean, lacks manuverability. Clearly the best one on Amazon, though room for significant improvement.

Great replacement part or add-on part
I ordered this just to have an extra part for my Eureka Maxima bagged canister 972b 22 year old vacuum. I purchased it for carpets and I love the way that it works, great value!

I bought it to use on my Electrolux vacuum that I use at church. It works great Thank You!

Good but not enough
Suction power is very good but it stuck with hair to quickly. I used it for house cleaning and less the 10 houses cleaned it got stuck of hair. I had to unscrew parts and remove the hairs in the brush engine.
