Love this so much!!! Amazing gift for teen!!!
Love this! People are giving it one star for things that don’t even bother me. Sure the quality of photos isn’t amazing but it’s so much fun and super cool. I’ve bought it to take pictures with my friends over the summer before a few of them move away and it’s been brilliant for that so far! And as far as value for money goes… I think it’s amazing. For 50 quid u can’t go wrong. I asked for this from my grandparents and they knew about Polaroids and they know that they can be quite expensive but once I said it was only 50 pounds they were thrilled and got it for me. Anyways. It’s so much fun and they image quality isn’t that bad to be honest. And if anything it gives it a vintage look to it which is perfect for a instant print camera. Anyways, that’s why it gets 5 stars from me. I love it!edit: just tried the black and white setting. omg i love it soooooooooo much. qualities actually very good and seems so authentic. black and white filter is now my favourite but will still be usig both depending on the situation! honestly dont really know why the reviews are so bad on this camera because granted.... its not proffessional quality. but for 50 pounds when all the other competitors are over 100 i think its amazing. i love iit so much and really really recomend to you that you buy this if you just want a camera for fun. ive put all the images so far in a scrap book and it looks so cool. love this. reccomend to everyone!!!!

Great kids first camera
The media could not be loaded. This is a great little camera I bought for my seven-year-old‘s birthday. She can take pictures of anything she wants and they instantly come out so she can see them straight away. It’s great that she can now start collecting some photos of her own rather than seeing pictures on a screen. She has now mastered to keep a steady hand by taking a photo so it doesn’t come out blurry and once you get it it’s amazing. For a camera that you don’t have to replace any ink cartridges and a picture just comes out instantly it really is an clever little camera.

Not fit for purpose
For this price point the camera is a disgrace, not at all fit for purpose. I bought asi like to keep my shoes in boxes and wanted a little picture to reference. The quality is woeful, colours are muddy and akin to something from a 70’s blurry holiday snap! I’ve tried with additional lighting and in bright sunshine… nothing helps the quality. The viewfinder is appalling … overall one of the most disappointing purchases.. Suprised at Kodak.. had better quality from a disposable camera on a Hen Party. I would most definitely NOT recommend this item!

Fun and Convenient, But Picture Quality Could Be Better
I bought the KODAK Printomatic for a mix of fun and function—mainly for travel and casual events—and overall, it's a great little device. It’s super easy to use, very portable, and I love that it instantly prints your photos without needing any ink cartridges. Perfect for scrapbooking or creating little keepsakes on the go.That said, the picture quality isn’t exactly amazing. The colors can be a bit dull and the details are sometimes softer than expected. It’s more of a fun, nostalgic kind of photo rather than something you'd frame or expect high resolution from.Still, for what it is—a quick, portable instant camera—it does a good job. Just go into it knowing you're getting more of a “retro charm” than professional photo quality.

Great for a holiday
Gifted it to a colleague for his 3 month sabbatical in Thailand and he absolutely loved it. The pictures were great. Would recommend.

buy the fujifilm instax
The colour calibration is terrible most of the times and you end up just spending new zink paper as every packet apparently has a different code. 40% of the time you get blank pages spat out instead of the photos and the booklet says that the paper was not loaded correctly but there is only one way to do it so I can't see why this fault keeps coming up.When the colour calibration works, the pictures are fine but after a few months of me not using it every calibration has been wrong so far. I've wasted at least 6 packets of zink paper which is actually quite a lot of money in the end...!Aside from that it is very slow and for each picture you need to wait until the second click which for most people is confusing so they move and the photos are terrible. I am not sure when the flash actually turns on and when it just fails and generally it's all a bit hit and miss.It does come with a minisd slot which is huge bonus but the gratification of getting your phot print immediately is lost anyway so if you want it for the storage, better take photos with your phone! When it works it's great but when it doesn't -and it's often - it's so frustrating and such a waste of time and money.

Not good for indoor people shots
Did a lot of research to select this one but the photo quality was poor. It only appears to work well if you can hold your subjects very still in well lit but not too well lit conditions. Preferably outdoors. Sadly at our event it rained so we were indoors.Better off to use a mobile and get one of the portable printers like a sprocket. Luckily I took mine to the event as backup so when this was making rubbish photos for the guest book I was able to transfer over to using that (they take the same photo paper).I got it so the kids could have fun and have a role at the party getting pics of everyone for the guestbook but it was an expensive mistake. It did take a nice pic of my dog when he was made to sit ans wait outside on a sun her day.
