Large Sturdy Sand Bags
These sand bags are large and in charge. They are very heavy once filled up with sand, and provide excellent weights to help hold down your larger size party tents. The bags are well made, with solid stitching. There is a velcro strap at the top to seal the bags, and they each have a very strong handle, that makes moving these sand bags quick and easy. There are 3 straps down the side of each bag to attach to the post of the canopy these weight bags are helping hold down. As you can see in the attached photos, these sand bags look very nice. They do the job well and they are easy to fill and to move around. I cannot fault them.

Will leak sand
We took one look and these and knew they'd leak sand, haha. The tops just velcro closed. We filled 3 Walmart-sized plastic bags to put in each sandbags. We tied the tops of the plastic bags closed and this prevented a lot of leakage. If you keep the bags upright this way, you won't have much issue at all. We used them at a festival just after the hurricane blew through here in KY and it helped keep our tent secure! We like them, though I'm unsure how well they'll hold up in thr long run.

Well made and heavy duty!
These sandbags are great, and when full they're really heavy, so just the job for holding down your canopy. They're made from a very beefy cordura type material, and are very nicely made, so I'm sure they'll last a good long while. Despite all of this, I would still be inclined to use guy-lines to tie my canopy down because no matter how much weight you have, a large canopy is like a big sail, and it will still get blown if you're not careful, but overall I like 'em . . . . recommended.

Good bags for your canopy
Material is thick and handles are strong. So far so good. I was looking at different bags after a friend's canopy got destroyed by wind gust. Filled these work some playground sand from home Depot and these hold down my canopy quite well.Would recommend

Perfect for my canopy!
I got a 10x10 canopy a little while back and got these to go with it. I was previously using rocks to hold the canopy in place, but this makes it so much easier! I can just keep these filled and bring them out when I need them and it works perfectly!

Heavy duty bags with hook and loop closure and molded handle.
These bags are designed specifically for use with pop up canopies, but you can also use them in other situations. The hook and loop straps on the sides are really only long enough to fit around a pop up's narrow upright, and wouldn't strap around my gazebo's square upright, so I just hung the bag from a hook to weight the structure. I also use these in my photography studio, putting them across my light stand bases to avoid tipping. The bags are well made and heavy duty. Open the top and fill with sand or gravel, and reclose. I did notice that as you lift the bag using the molded handle (nice feature!), the top could gap open a little; if you use sand, some could spill, creating a mess. Using gravel or encasing the sand in plastic bags before loading would eliminate this potential issue. Good product.

perfect for our canopies
We got this to hold down our canopy at shows and they work great. They are easy to use and can be filled with different things to add weight,( sand, rocks water) We are very happy with these and will get more for our other canopy.

Great idea, nice grip handles
I think this is a great idea. The bags seem pretty solid and I like the grab handle affixed to the top for easy toting. The top of each of the 4 included bags is lined with velcro to keep the bag closed.I think the design could be better for the intended use, say if the bag were constructed with a flat bottom. This bag is a flat envelope design. When full, it will naturally want to lie on its side, not sit upright.I think it will fulfill its purpose if not completely stuffed to the brim with sand/rocks/etc; if you leave enough room for slack it can hunker down and hang on.I will likely use a plastic liner (shopping bag) to keep any weighty filler from junking up these bags.
