We purchased this system almost a month ago and we FINALLY got it hooked up due to my husband and I being on opposite work schedules. We finished getting it set up right after dark and I can tell you, the night vision is really good quality. I cannot wait to see what it looks like during the day. The price is excellent for the quality. It was really easy to install once we got all the wires run through the attic (which was not an easy task). It is literally a plug and play. We chose to use an HDMI cable to connect the DVR to the TV as we had one lying around that we weren't using and everything worked out really great. We haven't tried to set up the motion detection or the phone app for remote viewing, but I'm pretty sure I won't use either one. Once it comes up on the screen, you just use the mouse provided in the package to set up the time and date and your password. It's that easy. We hand adjusted them, and once in place, they didn't move at all. We did use our own screws to install the cameras to the facial boards of our house...but I'm sure the ones provided would work just as well. My house is 2500 sq. Ft. And all the lines provided reached our central point in the house to drop down the wall and plugged into the system. I'd recommend you buy a 6 outlet strip to plug everything in one place. Other than that, I have zero complaints so far.

Comes as described works like it says. Night vision quality is a little low but can be seen at night. Only thing I don't like is it comes with a mouse instead of a control which makes it harder to control everything with the cameras if you have a smaller tv

I hooked it up it worked but then when I connected with my phone it worked till I logged out then tried to login it said I had the wrong password or wrong login then it said the same thing on the system it self so frustrating sending it back going to try something else

Cant or wouldnt connect to a tv or.monitor......love the wired power to cameras but no monitor feature that worked anyways.

This is a good system, except you can not find the app it requires for viewing on your smart device, and the app that you end up with stops working before you can even see what your cameras are seeing.

Works great and Aimee in customer support was very helpful in helping me get the system up and running.

Its work but Can't get it to connect to my phone..it asking for a 20 digit coad witch Iam not able to find.if you could assist please

So far everything is working great, real clear video great product for the price!!!
