Made a huge difference, very happy!
Short review: I love them, get a pair, they eliminated the daily eye strain/fatigue that I've been suffering- my eyes were hurting big-time! I deducted one star because they look so nerdy, they should have included a pocket protector. Seriously, design guys, did you think "Hey, nerdy computer people will be wearing these, no need to make them aesthetically pleasing!"Note: These glasses don't change how you see anything. They don't magnify, change colors, etc. Everything looks the same. Also, about me, I've never had to wear glasses/contact lenses. These'll work fine if you wear contacts, but they're not going to fit over your prescription glasses. Maybe they make clip-ons? Check the VSEyewear website.Long review:I bought them because I'm on the computer at work all day (I do desktop support), and I'm on the computer a lot at home, too (First-person shooter games, web surfing). I've had a sleeping problem for a few decades, and when you don't sleep well, your eyes feel it. Lately, the sleeping issue has been worse, and the strain on my eyes had become almost unbearable. I heard about computer glasses while researching nighttime driving glasses. There were other computer glasses I read about, but these had the most favorable (Albeit not many) reviews and were $38, a lot less than most of the other ones out there. So, I took a gamble and ordered them from Amazon. I wanted to wait a week before writing a review. It's been a week now, and I can say they're great! The first day I wore them at work, I noticed after a while that my eyes still felt normal- usually at some point during the day, they'd be hurting and I'd frequently rub my eyes, which made them feel better for a few seconds. So then, I took them home and went on the computer from the time I got home until I went to bed, still no eyestrain! I thought maybe it was a coincidence, and figured I'd wear them for a week before passing judgement. So, every day has been a repeat of the first. Wore'em all day at work, took'em home and stayed on the computer for hours, eyes felt fine! There was one day during the week that my eyes were hurting like before, but I think it was because I slept extra poorly the night before, and I knew I'd be hurting during the day anyways. So that's my story. Try them, you can always return them. I think I'd keep them even if they didn't fix the eye strain, because they're just good for your eyes anyway; they block the UV light that is emitted from your monitor. Not a big deal if you're not on the computer a lot, but for someone like me, all that bad light can't be good. I wish I knew about these years ago. I'm gonna get a second pair so I can have one at work and one at home because it's a pain to carry them back and forth.

bargain price, bargain results
These glasses are at a low price and will suit many people. I would advise anyone reading this to consider their budget a second time and look further as well. Ones with metal frames and more expensive lenses (such as the Gunnar brand or others on the VS website) may be better suited for long term use. These glasses have inexpensive plastic frames like you'd get on drug store sunglasses. The lenses are good but mine aren't perfect.Aesthetically speaking the glasses are larger than they appear in the photo. For petite people like myself it looks like a giant visor. Those with larger heads may like it better. Given that the primary use is computer oriented smaller ones with small round lenses would have worked just as well since people face their monitor directly and don't need them for peripheral vision. As for how well they work, they do seem to help but I'm not an optician.

Not as good as Gamma Ray glasses but cheaper than Gunnars
I bought two pairs of glasses (two pairs of glasses and still cheaper than Gunnars). This pair shipped in a crappy box, feel tight on my head (I'm a woman so I was expecting too big or an ok fit), and the lenses are too narrow for anything other than a computer right in front of your face. If you have a small head or a narrow face then the fit may work for you. On the plus side they are clear so if you're working on color-sensitive material these will suite your purposes. They do look good so I'll take these to work.If you're looking for a cheaper pair of computer glasses, I suggest you get a pair of Gamma Ray glasses for cheaper.

Not Bad, Not Great
For the price (compared to Gunnars) it's a decent option. It definitely helps with easing the strain against white backgrounds. However, the construction is a susceptible to damage. If you take care of them, they'll last though. Overall, for the computer and TV they're not bad. The frames are a little small and it causes agitation for me having to make a significant move to look around using my head rather than just my eyes.

Really not bad.
I think that the product is really not bad. I have a $119 polarized driving glasses that I was using for computer glasses, but ended up getting damaged. These are right on par [Edit revision - actually above par] for what is expected for the price. I have never tried Ocuvite, which are special vitamins and minerals specifically for the eyes, but, I suspect that with regular multi-vitamins and multi-minerals these glasses will help the eyes tremendously if you are someone that spends a lot of time looking into the computer's led monitor light. At least, that was my assumption upon purchasing the glasses...I pray that I am right. [This is a point of edit to this review - After spending the last several days using the glasses. I will have to say extremely pleased with the glasses. Tremendous reduction in eye strain from the computer monitor.]

Did'nt work for me
The concept is great, and I am sure these will help some people. But they did not help me, they may have even caused more strain; I slowly noticed that I would frequently take them off and rub my eyes. Perhaps this is due to not being used to wearing glasses. For the cost I would say give'em a shot. Another option, which I will try, is lightly tinted sunglasses. These may also be used outdoors, unlike computer glasses. Also, there are several adjustments that can be made to your computer monitor, such as reducing brightness and colors.

Good quality, helps my eyes out a lot
A couple of days ago, I began getting headaches which I think was because I use the computer nearly 12 hours a day, sometimes more. Desperately searching for a remedy, I came across someone talking about "computer glasses," which I had never heard of. After looking at some cheaper ones on Amazon, I decided to buy this one since it had all good reviews. The glasses frame is kind of chic, kind of like the typical square black frames that was popular a while back. The glasses don't make a huge difference when I first wore them, but in the long term I felt like this really helped with eye strain. I gave it 4 stars because $38 isn't the cheapest but at least it's good quality
