I purchased these for my generic food dehydrator. They stretched and fit over the center hole easily. I dried some juicy peaches that I put a small about of sugar and cinnamon onto. Needless to say the peaches were sticky.I have more trays than there were mats. When it can time to remove the peaches from the mats, they came off much more easily from the mat than from the tray itself. Very pleased with their performance. They also washed up nicely.

These make the process of drying fruit leather so much easier. The leather peels off easy and cleanup is also easy.

I'm always trying to bargain shop, which maybe isn't always great. These were a pack of 8 for a reasonable price. The other option was brand name for the same price only getting two hard mesh trays versus silicone. Anyhow, I went with this silicone version. They work for dehydrating no problem, but they don't fit so I had to cut them to size by quite a bit including the center. Maybe I should have splurged on the real deal, but so far they work and I have enough to fill 5 trays on the dehydrator plus extras if needed, and all for a budget price.

These work great! Prevents the food from falling through the cracks. Easy to clean up after too!

This is like the best invention since sliced bread.
