AMAZING quality for the price, perfect for the gym
I was skeptical about these, but I needed a pair of earbuds to use at the gym that were sweatproof. My previous earbuds had touch controls, which were great but kept misfiring whenever my hands were even the slightest bit wet.I ordered these and they totally surpassed my expectations! I love the physical buttons, which make it easy to switch tracks. The sound quality is GREAT and there's an awesome adjustable EQ in the app that's pretty easy to use. They come pre-loaded with a lot of bass though, so you don't even need to put the bass boost function on (something I've had to do with a lot of other earbuds.) The earbuds are also SUPER LOUD. High volume + noise cancellation = totally locking in and forgetting everything else while you work out. They sound better than my Google Pixel Buds, which are like 3x the price LOL.I really like that the little hooks for your ears are adjustable. It's a very smart little design feature that they snuck in that makes it easy to get a good fit in your ears. I was nervous about the clunkiness of "sport" earbuds, since they're a bit larger than the regular "bud" style, but I was pleasantly surprised at how low-profile these are.The one feature I wish they had was wireless charging, but I don't think it's a complete dealbreaker. I understand these are made to be more water-resistant / cheaper than some other models, so the lack of wireless charging functionality isn't a huge problem. All in all, COMPLETELY worth the price. Absolute must-have for me at the gym. I'll be buying again from Soundcore in the future!

Amazing!
Ok ill start by saying i love love these! I have purchased many over the ear buds including the expensive Beats ones. The beats lasted about a yr and started to get glitchy and not connect or wouldnt ring when i had the left one in. So i got these and boy im glad i did. If you’re on the fence just get them. I got the sport x20. They are super lightweight and the handle over the ear is adjustable so you can customize the length if you want it longer or shorter. I make it shorter when i wear my glasses because the curve on my glasses around the ear fits better. This in itself is worth it. I dont know of any others that do this. The handle is super soft and flexible. And alot thinner not bulky. The ear piece is made so it fits in your ear but doesnt push on the surrounding areas so its comfortable and doesnt hurt after a few hrs like the others. It comes with several size ear attachments so you get the right fit. The button on the top is customizable so you decide what you need it to do. This is done in the app. Once you download the app you can do so many amazing things. I would start by doing the fit/sound test. This customizes the way YOU hear music. It will take you through a series of tests to make sure you have them in correctly and then onto how they sound. It plays a series of high and low pitch sounds and you choose when you can hear the sound based on adjusting the volume. Then it moves on to the sound quality and plays a song and you choose which sound you like better A or B. Kinda like going to the eye dr. After you go through all the choices youre left with your version of the song based on your perfect preference. So its not only customizing the equalizer but its perfectly set for YOUR preference and hearing ability. No others do this either that i know of. When its done it gives you your result and the original so you can compare the difference. And its amazing. They also have another feature i love. The noise canceling and “static” sounds. You can adjust this. I have a weird aversion to repetitive annoying noises so this is perfect if i need to block out noise and have pure quiet. Like when my son plays his games and is yelling at them. I just block him out with these. And it is deafening. Almost too quiet. Would be perfect for people who need to sleep in total quiet. There is a normal mode which allows you to hear some noise but mostly the ear buds. Then there is another mode that allows you to basically turn them off and hear all environment noise. And you can customize each ear bud to do different things. So they dont both have to do the same thing. Also another feature unique to these. There is a feature in the app called breath. It will take you through a series of breathing patterns with different types of music and count you down based on if you want to relax recharge meditation whatever. And you can customize this as well how many second you hold or breath in or out. You can also just play various types of relaxing sounds if you just need noise. Like rain or crickets or a rooster with birds chirping there are a few to pick from. This would be good if you’re flying and want to take a nap and drown out noise on the plane. You can see the battery level in the app too. The case is small and not bulky. Uses a ctype charger. I plug my case into my laptop with USB end and let the case charge while i work. The case is easy to open too and has a push button instead of just a slit that you have to pull apart. My boyfriend says he can hear me really good on these too and they dont sound muffled like some can. And i hear him good too. You can also change the sound versus calls or music playing if the music version makes the calls too “basey” i like base in my music so i switch this up at times if he is in an environment that makes him too deep or muffled and it blocks out his background noise. Kinda like a reverse voice isolation. But im controlling it on my end. I cant say enough about these. They are so many things in one. For the price what it is im shocked. There is also a website with all of their products on it. I will be getting several more of these babies for xmas gifts. My mom will love them for her tv and ipad. Get them. You wont regret it.

Overall, great sport ear buds with some small issues
These buds have the 2 essential characteristics of a good sport/workout set of buds.First, they have physical buttons, which is a must for me. If you have ever run for a bunch of miles and have sweaty hands and then use a touch sensitive volume up control, you might appreciate this as I do. Nothing worse than sweat staying on the control and the volume just continuously raisin until you are forced to pull out the buds.Second, they have ear loops to keep them in place. Another bit of experience from running or working out when they begin to fall out because your ear is getting sweaty and you are trying to dry your ear and the bud tips so they stay in.Other than the basics I look for, these sound plenty fine and I am happy with them. The equalizer is really to dial in the sound you are looking for, but they have plenty of presets you can choose from. The software is well designed and easy to work with. No problems connecting at all.Though this set is for working out, I did check the latency with my laptop. For my use, the latency of these buds was okay with the laptop. It was not fantastic and there was some very slight noticeable delay in the lip syncing, but in a pinch I could live with these, but they would not be a primary device for that purpose.Lastly, the price is overall fair for the overall quality of the buds. However, a couple of comments and/or things I am not fond of.Despite having physical buttons, I have a hard time indexing where they are. I know where they are, but when I put my finger on them It does not feel like a button is there. I also have big fingers, so I might just have an issue most others don't. I am not sure. I would have preferred them on the outside of the bud where the logo is like many other brands. Also related to the buttons and software, especially on my right bud, when you set something to the double button click (like next track), there is not double click tolerance. For me, I have to have the perfect rhythm to get the double clicks to work. It can't be click click or click pause pause click. It has to be a perfect click pause click. Otherwise it most often just pause the music and I am wondering if it is going to the next track. This is probably my biggest gripe with these buds and it is annoying. I am hoping that they will fix this tolerance in an update or that I innately know the pattern with practice. My other gripe is that the cycling of the ANC, Normal and Transparency modes seems to only be allowed with the long press action (could be double click too, but I did not check that). Why is that?So my preferred set up which is from using other buds in the past is this (L bud = Left bud, R bud = Right bud)Single click (R bud) - Pause/playDouble click (L bud) - Replay song (previous track)Double click (R bud) - Next songLong Press (L bud) - Volume down (wish press to hold would keep lowering, but that is another issue)Long Press (R bud) - Volume upWhy can't I use the Single click (L bud) to cycle through the ANC, Normal and Transparency?????? I would really like the option to use those features on the fly. However, what do I use for volume then? I like the ability to replay a song and since I have hundreds, every now and then I want to hear one again since it might not come up for a long time. Do I remove the next track? That stinks because sometimes you are not in the mood for a particular song at that time. I could stagger the controls and make the previous track the Single click (L bud), Volume down double click (L bud) and then use the mode switcher for long press L Bud, but that really messes me up just thinking that the left and right controls are not lining up well.So I don't know why the set it up like that and I hope that they would fix that too. It is just sad to not use that functionality that could be useful because I don't want to give up other controls that I think are just a little more needed. These should be 5 star buds and in most respects they are. I can live with the button placement and I will get used to that. However, the double click timing bug (yes it is a bug to me) and the inability to 100% arrange the controls as I want them and lose functionality that I could use, only makes these truly a 4 star product.
