Received quickly, positives end there.1. Instructions were for a different product.2. Screws for attaching to wall are zinc coated butter. I'm a professional, i barely got the screws in without stripping them, even though i pre- drilled and installed carefully.3. Vertical pipe between handle and shower head is a poor design. I haven't competed the installation yet, but I'm predicting a leak.4. clicked on the picture of the product that i ordered, to check and see if it showed this poor design, and the pictures that pop up aren't the fixture that i ordered and received, it's pictures of the incorrect instructions that i received.5. 2 of the 3 trim pieces for the wall interactions weren't threaded completely, so i had to spend extra time making sure they ended up in the proper position.I will update after complete install.UPDATE: I completed install. The connections between the water inlet (hot and cold handles) and the (3/4" to 1/2" brass) reducers leak. What should have been a couple hour job at the most has turned into 5 hours today and how ever many hours tomorrow. There are at least 16 threaded connections that rely on tiny, cheap, thin rubber o-rings and gaskets.The height adjustable pipe is a disaster waiting to happen. If one person accidentally pulls on that with a small amount of force, it'll come apart for sure. I'll probably have to rig that to prevent a disastrous failure.I'll submit photos tomorrow.UPDATE: the Amazon reviews went from 44 reviews to 3 reviews overnight. The pictures on the web site are now the correct pictures, something that changed overnight also. I will update later today after another attempt to get this product working correctly.I had to change out the o-rings almost everywhere to install this leak free (i hope). If the wood has dried out by tomorrow, I'll be happy. I also built a shampoo/ conditioner shelf with a hole for the adjustable line to pass through, for support. Otherwise, it would take one small tug to break the fixture.It's a shame, because this looks like a nice fixture. The execution of the product was poor. It has been slightly embarrassing for me professionally.Update 8/15/2018 : shower finish is already rusting.

Do this shower system meet Illinois Plumbing CODE. I had a inspection and I failed , they want manufacture product prove, SPEC SHEETS.send me please ? For now will be one star, when my problem get solved I will be glad to change my review.
