JFG Squeeze Mayonnaise, 18-Ounce Bottles (Pack of 6)

We have used JFG for many years and this is our third review. We do this because it is as good as always. There was a time when it wasn't available locally and that was a hard. My wife suggested looking at Amazon and there it was. We have purchased it nowhere else for a long time. The taste is beyond compare with the thickness perfect. My wife keeps tabs on the supply and always lets me know when to order again. The mayonnaise is always perfect, shipping and packaging are great, and it is always in stock. Great job...Bill

I love JFG products, and I would easily give this 5 stars if they had shipped the right product. I specifically ordered the salad dressing, which is required for some of our recipes; substitutes won't work. It is extremely difficult to find in the area where I live. What I received was JFG mayonnaise. I didn't bother to refund it. We also love the mayonnaise, so I just kept one jar and gave the rest away. I am not at all disappointed with JFG products, just the careless shipping. We were unable to make the dish we had planned, but if that's the worst thing that happens, we are having a good life!

I am a mayonnaise connoisseur and I have tried them ALL! This is the BY FAR...THE BEST MAYONNAISE EVER!!!! Great for sandwiches, salads, dips, etc. I can't go a day in my life without some JFG mayonnaise! Go home Hellmann's, Duke's, Kraft, and EVERYTHING else!!!!

But this is fantastic mayonnaise! I've been using Just Mayonnaise Hampton Creek for quite a while but it seemed to turn more sour and fake-y with every jar...this is the real deal and I highly recommend it!

Several years ago, in quest for a better mayo, we took a chance on JFG. The standard when I grew up was Helm_ns, but even that brand seems to have changed over time, succumbing to the off-flavors of more modern oil bases, such as canola. Those unwanted flavors can have a huge impact in some recipes, and others, like tuna salad, not a big deal. If you strive for the perfect tomato sandwich on homemade rye with fresh garden tomatoes and basil, JFG is essential. There are other characteristics such as prominent sugar content (yuk) or other ingredients that only a bored food chemist could love. Not in JFG!!! The flavor is excellent, no oil-base overtones, it's consistent, and the value is there without having to struggle for coupons and specials. Thank you JFG... our whole family agrees that you make an excellent product.

Received pkg of 4 today in a plastic bag with other items in the box. So glad the mayonnaise was in a bag of its own. One jar had been bent inward and it spewed out onto the other jars of mayo. Since it was not a large amount of mayo loss, I am keeping the order and not asking for a replacement although I am not pleased with the arrival of this package. Also, the date on all four jars of 48 oz. mayo is only two weeks away. We are expected to consume 192 oz. of mayo in two weeks time. I am not pleased that the expiration date on all four jars is only two weeks away from the date of arrival. I am not sure I will subscribe to this item again. Very disappointed.

Do you realize how hard it is to find salad dressing spread at a grocery store that isn't full of air? Go to the condiment aisle and the "spreads" section is about 70% mayo, 20% "whipped" dressing, and the rest is flavored blends.Since I have allium intolerance and can't handle most commercially-prepared foods (my body will not process garlic, onion, leeks, chives, shallots, and scallions), I have to make a lot of my own foods, including condiments. This multi-pack makes it easy to make extra of my favorite homemade spreads and dips, like creamy balsamic dressing for pasta salad, tartar sauce for fish, and more.

Thank you, amazon, for throwing me this lifeline here in Texas. Lived in Tennessee almost all my life - rode my bike past the JFG plant in Knoxville on the way to college classes. And now I CANNOT find this stuff in Texas. And my basic mayo recipes - tuna salad, deviled eggs, guacamole (just a splatter), cole slaw dressing, artichoke dipping sauce, spicy mayo for asparagus, even a simple burger - just don't work with anything else. Hellman's is just sour; Kraft is bland. Local brands all manage to miss the mark somehow too. This is just the best there is - rich but not sharp, perfect balance of sweet, sour and garlic. I could sit here and eat a jar right now. Burp.
