The media could not be loaded. This is a defected product. I am using this for the first time just opened it, the machine is not working properly. It sometimes spins sometimes dont. Its a faulty product inspite of paying so much. I meed replacement or my refund. The return window says closed

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loved it. I watched her clean over 10 brushes in a span of 15 minutes. She loved it because it helped cut down her cleaning time.

I bought this for my sister who is a makeup artist. She spends almost as much time cleaning her brushes as she does on the actual makeup application. It is so much less time consuming because it is finished in a minute. The brushes are so much cleaner that she was able to get them while scrubbing them by hand. It's a good, thorough cleaning, but the actual process is very gentle. This means that there is a lot less wear and tear on the brushes as well.
