Just what my thyroid needs
This ashwagandha is working. I take one teaspoon before bedtime mixed with cacao, yogurt and some milk and is making me more relaxed throughout the night and the next day. Hope it will balance my hormones as too early to say more after 3 days. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, the use by date on the package is much longer comparing to other sellers. Thank you

Also ich nehme Aschwagandha seit ne Woche ,ich habe am Anfang 2xtgl einen Teelöffel benutz , schon am 2.Tag hatte ich keine Appetit auf Zuckerprodukte, mit Schlafen hat sich nix geändert . am 3.Tag kam dieser Phantomgeruch : alles stinkt nach Zigaretten ,und mir übel ist, ich habe es abgesetzt, laut Wikipedie enthält Aschwagandha NIKOTIN .Vielleicht habe mich mehr genommen, ich werde ab Heute nur 1/4Löffel nehmen

Pulver ist OK. Hatte aber schon deutlich potentere Pulver und viele probiert, auch vor Ort in Indien. Brauche beim Yogi Organics Pulver etwa die 2-3 fache Menge für den gleichen Effekt.Vielleicht aber auch nur blöd erwischt.
