I ordered a large and it fits tight but comfortable I can still move around and breathe OK, I would definitely recommend it’s easy to move around in a day errands and you do sweat very fast. I’ve had it on for 30 minutes after I took it out the box and I can already feel me sweating overall definitely worth it considering the price … I also added a picture with me wearing it and it made my figure look extremely small❤️❤️

The media could not be loaded.  You can see in the video how large it is on me, I have a 30inch waist and ordered the large. I am 5’6” and 165 pounds.I followed the product description suggestion on sizing and ordered a large. It is too big and I ordered a medium as an additional. But I will say this, 5 stars for many reasons:A) I wore it for one night and had ZERO discomfort. Other ones with the Velcro wrap hurt me and I have to remove after a couple of hours.B) after one night, my waist was visibly smaller. Probably by at least an inch.C) it’s LONG and doesn’t slip. It goes down below my belly (which as having 3 kids, I need. That’s my problem spot).D) it stays in place and is easy to put on and secure.E) its not visible under most clothing. It’s not bulky like other trainers.I’ve ordered a medium and will continue to wear it to bed at night.

Super comfortable and lightweight. Just wish the product was a little bit longer in the front, but definitely Got the value for the money.

This is good and it works. I like the fact that it covers the whole stomach area. I do believe that the Size Guide measurements chart needs to be revised. I needed to order two sizes up from my regular size.

I'm 5'2" 170 lbs I bought a large hoping it would fit. Once I got it, I took it out and thought oh god there's no way this is gonna fit me. To my surprise, it fits!! I used it already and it definitely helps you sweat! These pounds are going to fall off in no time.

I LOOOOOOVE this faja!!!! It tightens up in all the right places and I actually sweat! I’ve been using it all day and I feel comfortable and I’ve been sweating! I’m 5’9 170 pounds and I got a large and it fits PERFECTLY!!! It’s the best waist trainer I’ve gotten!

Nice quality but the sizing is off. I usually wear medium but I ordered a small and even the small fits loose. These run big!

Love it. I order the silver. I order two. I bought a medium, but needed it to be tighter. So, I ordered, a small. I feel the material stretch as you wear it. So, if you wear a medium, buy a small. You wear a large try medium., etc. it really firm on your belly, good to Wear under garment as it really hold the stomach in. The material is soft, not harsh on the skin.
