Very good product, tho the dosage is quite a bit smaller than I think the average person is looking for. Double the dosage for a much more noticeable effect. Mood and productivity is boosted. I use a milk frother to incorporate into drinks, mixes pretty well. Tried spoon, not recommended!

Sacred 7 mushrooms was delivered promptly. It was in good shape. The taste is strong and earthy. Works well in my coffee with creamer.

Wow! My energy went through the roof after using this in my coffee for a couple of days. I also like the flavor. It gives the coffee a warm flavor.

If you are looking for a one stop shop solution for all of your ailments, this is not it. What it is, is a great supplement that supports your other activities, making an everyday coffee an experience, one that allows a true taper to the caffeine high and not a sudden let down. I do find myself not needing additional cups of coffee one is just fine for me for the day.
