I was so excited for this product based on the reviews. After two days of using it the charging port to plug in the lightning cable became loose and the cord did not stay plugged in and fell right out. Returned item. Not sure if I just got a defective one but this was a big disappointment

This case arrived right before I headed to the airport and omg this is a life saver! I took an international flight for a business trip and have to be on my phone constantly checking and responding to emails and my battery runs out in about 3 hrs. I think this case came in with at least half battery life and it charged my phone to 100% in half an hour! I was always very skeptical about battery cases but this one has definitely erased any doubts I had. I highly recommend this to anyone who travels a lot, especially for business. It is definitely a life saver!

We haven't had the product for very long, and the connector has snapped off. This was not due to rugged use or neglect as this was only used by adults. The iPhone plug broke off inside the iPhone itself which then had to be pried out with some tweezers. I've had other charging cases that lasted much longer, very disappointed in this case. I would not recommend unless you leave your phone in this case and do not plan on removing it.

Lightning cord for headphones will not stay in the port bc it’s not tight enough when it stated that it fits iPhone 8. It’s hard to get the case off of my phone without bending the inside port. Battery life is decent but after charging my phone one time with the case the case is almost dead as well. Disappointed most in the port not staying tight on my headphone cord, I had to buy wireless headphones.

It doesn’t cover the front screen of your phone that well, and it only gives your phone an extra 50% on the battery. Furthermore, after about a month my charging cord wouldn’t stay in the socket and kept slipping out because the charging hole was like messed up??? Yeah it’s cheap but if you want a solid case with good charge get the one made by Apple. That’s what I went back to after this one

This is a good device except for its fatal flaw: it has THE WORST lightning port that disconnects power/audio at the *slightest* graze against the cable. I’ve had this case for about a month and I doubt it’s going to last another before it stops charging / playing musicDO NOT BUY UNTIL MANUFACTURER ADDRESSES THIS DESIGN FLAW.

This case works great. It gives a full charge if my phone is dead. It adds a little weight to my phone but it’s worth having a backup battery built in and, it’s not nearly as big and bulky as some others I tried. It works great & no issues or problems as of yet.

I used this battery about 2 weeks, there's more and more than what I expected. Good quality and touch feel. It's not like cheep plastic feeling, the material gives more friction, so there is not easy to drop. The case is very tight and looks good. Battery is about two full charge for my phone. The charge port is adaptive and easy plug in. There is a very useful battery case for iphone.
