Grandma for the win! My daughter-in-law loved this egg toy our 7 mos. old grandson. Apparently, it's a "hot" item for babies and toddlers. It was a gift in his Easter basket. Their family friend's 2 yr old daughter also loved playing with the eggs and sorting colors and shapes.

The 2 year old granddaughter loves these. They are the perfect toy for learning colors and shapes. The pieces are a good size, no fear of choking hazard.

I purchased these for my son after encountering them at his speech therapy. My 2 year old absolutely loves them and really makes practicing speech fun. I love that it covers facial expressions, color matching/identification and shapes! I appreciate that you have to work a little to find the right spot for each egg and getting the tops on the eggs, not too hard, but enough to make it a challenge to where they are working on dexterity and also truly need to know what shape fits where. It's a very engaging toy and the cute squeak sound they make is probably my 2 year olds favorite part. They're also very durable, the case included! Buy these asap!

I bought these to add to my kids Easter baskets (ages: 1.5 years). They LOVED them. Great purchase!Pros:- Cute design and nice packaging- Great for motor skills, they have shapes on the bottom of the eggs they have to match in the carton- Noise level: it’s quite enough that it’s not annoying, loud enough my kids think it’s great (the chicks make a short “peep” sound when you push down on them)- Two toys for the price of one: my girls like to play which the chicks, but sometimes they just like to play with the yellow carton it comes in!Cons:- None

These are one of my 15 month old granddaughter's favorite toys to play with! The egg "carton" is difficult to open (even by her 4 year old sister) so it helps to have the plastic container already unlatched. The eggs are made really well and the eggshells come apart easily to reveal the different, solid colored eggs inside. There is a silly face or smile on the eggshells that matches the color of the eggs inside. The best part is that the inside eggs "peep" when you push on them, much to the delight of my granddaughter! At the bottom of each eggshell, is a different shape that matches the placement of the egg in the container. Example, the heartshape goes into the bottom of the container in the heart space. The 4 year old loved teaching this to her little sister, so it made for wonderful interaction between them. The only other negative comment that I have (besides the "carton" being difficult to open) is that since they represent a cracked-open egg, the top half of the eggshells are pointy-ish and can be annoying when crawled on, which is why I gave this a 4 star. But all in all, a great product at a great price!

My younger siblings had this toy when they were little, so I bought it for my daughters! One bad thing is the paint can be scraped off of the eggs; my older daughter chewed on the eggs faces and scraped off the face of one of the eggs.

My mom gave these to my son for Easter 2 years ago and they have been the one consistent toy that has grown with him. There are so many activities at each stage of development and now even at almost 3 he still plays with them learning shapes, matching colors, etc. they are super durable, almost like a melamine. The chirp is more a squeak from a spring inside the egg but whatever, it’s not even remotely annoying like some noisy kid toys. The box is perfect. Everything packs up nicely and can be taken in a diaper bag. I’ve bought 2 for friends and am here to buy more for Easter giveaways next weekend.
