Three, transparent collection tubes with a fundamentally different design to the vendor’s pictures describing them. Those in the pictures have open, black, plastic-edged ends, enabling one-handed operation; those that have been sent have yellow caps, requiring storage of the (pointless) cap and the handling of a rough, fragile plastic end.The arrogant expectation that customers will meekly accept a product that is fundamentally different from that to which they have given their earnest, trusting consideration is nothing short of abusive; frankly, it disgusts me.You do not deserve to be making offerings on the Amazon platform.To add insult to injury the courier, Parcel FARCE, has smashed open the box and one yellow cap is missing; not that I can say I care, on this occasion, because they are going straight back to the vendor.
