This is a review of the dvr with the 8 cameras. The picture from the cameras is ok and the range is fine. The apps for the remote view for both the android and the iphone are complete garbage. We bought it as security and a nanny cam inside, and the app is completely worthless for viewing on your phone as it will crash and not work for up to a week even after restarting the phone several times. The app is 365secu hd and the horrible reviews from the app store are correct. I tried using another app and it didnt work, Im not sure if there is a way to download different software in the dvr to communicate with a different app. Also the dvr is incredibly slow when you try to open stored footage to replay it. It will lock up for a good 3 minutes per mouse click and make any sort of viewing impossible. So if you want to use this for remote viewing forget it. If you wanted to use it for live viewing only on a wired monitor i think you will be extremely frustrated if you ever want to go back and replay something. I am planning on getting a new dvr and using the same cameras since i already pulled all the wires through the attic. If i had to do it over I would either forget the whole thing or spend about twice as much on something better since we are no more secure with this unreliable product.

I used this system in a business. The picture quality was good. The install was easy. The only problem that I had was the App. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times before I could access the cloud service.

The video quality is pretty good, but the software is complete garbage. The android app is very bad. The desktop app isn't much better. The documentation is very bad. The web interface doesn't work because it's an ActiveX app that isn't signed.The iVSS windows app would be OK if I could drag it to another monitor, but for some stupid reason it seems to be locked to my center monitor. This is a huge problem for me. I truly hate this software.

I need help to reset I cannot access my system anymore is there a master reset?

Easy to install up to the point of trying to view on phone. Having problems contacting customer support as they are in another country on a different time zone...so frustrating. Then when we do get in contact, cannot understand heavy accent. The company wants us to communicate via Facebook instead of walking me through the steps of how to set it up. I think I will probably just return the system.

It didn’t come with power source or power source cables. Haven’t been able to see how good it may be. Help please
